I pulled on and the staff was so wonderful. They got me right in and out. I was prepared to spend an hour or so but was in and out in 30 minutes.

Great customer service. Came in with word of mouth information having some troubles. Jared and his guys took good care of us after some back and forth conversation. They were super courteous and polite, when often you find a grip of attitude at shops when this kind of stuff happens.

This team is incredible! I brought my car in on my way to Idaho due to my AC going out. They worked for hours trying to figure it out and unfortunately didn't carry the connector to do a permanent fix but did a quick fix to get it working for the rest of my ride to Idaho. I appreciate them so much and couldn't recommend this place more! I will definitely be back when driving through Yakima. Thank you thank you thank you!

Brought in my jeep for a thermostat related issue, mentioned the check engine light (for which they did not check/diagnosed, just turned off). They missed getting the part multiple times. Finally, was able to get in for a thermostat replacement for which my check engine light came back on almost immediately. Called twice, one person told me I was able to get in anytime to check the thermostat even if the check engine light was intentionally turned off by orilleys. The second person said I had to have my light turned on and should not go in until it does.
Once the light came back on, I went in. They checked my orilleys diagnostic and said it was a different issue (also related to my thermostat).
At this point, I decided to seek a different opinion. A trusted, family mechanic wanted to check my thermostat to see if it was an original Jeep part that was replaced. It turns out that the thermostat was not even installed correctly.
Long story short, trust is lost.

I have got to let the world know that this place to have your car worked on down to an oil and filter change. I'm 61 years old and a woman to top it off as you know lots of people are dishonest with woman especially old woman who doesn't know much about cars are usually ripped off. These people here at this Quick Lube and auto repair are truly honest company what a difference in prices compared to others I've been to. They did a thorough good job at making sure my car and I were taking care of. They even went above and beyond I've asked for help to put stuff in my trunk and with no hesitation the gentle man did it. Cheapest place plus A-1 Service I'll definitely go back in fact it's the only place I'll have my car taken to. Thank you to all who own this place and especially the worker's on 3rd and Nob Hill. God bless these people. I'd give them a 10 Star. Also extremely affordable and inexpensive price's. Without lowering any of the service and kindness, efficiency.

I appreciate the fast, honest assessment of my car done by this team of experts. I thought my alternator was bad and needed replaced, because the auto parts store checked it and said it wasn't regulating the charge. I called this Quick Lube on recommendation from a friend and they got my car in quickly. Upon their assessment of my car they found the battery and alternator had no problems and told me they couldn't in good conscience change it out. I appreciate that honesty and how quickly they got my car in to be checked. They didn't even charge me for the assessment. I will be bringing another of my vehicles that need work back to them.

The guys at Quick Lube in Yakima were amazing! My girlfriend's car broke down in yakima on Saturday. Luckily, we were able to find a hotel for a couple nights while waiting for the shop to open on Monday morning. When I took the car in, I was quickly given an estimate of the cost of repairs for exactly what was needed. They also informed me that a part would be delayed, which was fine. We left to go walk around and when I got a call at 130pm saying the car was done we quickly hurried over. Upon arrival, I find out they threw in a serpentine belt replacement and were able to lower my cost a bit, which I was not expecting, but greatly appreciate. These guys were awesome, very professional, and very understanding. If I lived in yakima, I would take my car to them all the time!
