Now that I have been to several yoga studios over the years while traveling for my job, I can say this is my favorite studio I’ve ever been to. It was the most challenging and the instructors offered multiple variations of poses while doing entire class in front. I still don’t know how they did the class while talking through the poses (it’s quite impressive)I really wished I lived in this area still to attend their studio again. I am writing this because the studios in my area just don’t leave me as satisfied at the end of my practice and I miss this place!

I got the opportunity to participate in one of Renu's prenatal yoga classes that the owner, Karissa, led. The class was so relaxing and enjoyable! She made it so comfortable for my changing body and it felt so good to get a good stretch and bit of a workout in.

I LOVED taking the prenatal yoga class. Karissa did such an amazing job, sprinkling in helpful tidbits of birthing education and showing how every position could be adjusted based on my needs. I was 8-9 months pregnant and wish I'd had this class through my entire pregnancy ?. Can't wait for her post partem classes!

Love the authentic and empathetic way Stacey leads a class, reminding us yoga is a practice, to listen to our bodies, and more. The location is easy to get to, plenty of parking, and NUYU juice bar is an amazing resource. There are four different bathrooms, filtered water, cool towels at the end of the session, and a locker room with lots of cubbies. The best part is the staff! They are welcoming, know your name, and caring.

I love yoga, but hot yoga is a subtype of practice I don't actually like and am skeptical about. But HEY. If there was a 6th star this place would get one because I don't even like hot yoga and still come here. This is a shi-shi/bougie type studio and I'm not going to lie, I love that. But it's not over the top. instructors and customer service are great, they have showers, the other yogis are nice and chat you up (there's a good sense of community), they give out scented cold towels at the end of class for a literal cool down, they use infrared heat, and the floors are NOT HEATED. Even without heating the floor, the floor absorbs heat anyway. Heated floors are overkill (pun intended). There's another hot yoga studio in town that does that and I just die. But not in a good yoga type of dying (since you're "reborn" when you arise from savasana at the end of class). I didn't get a chance to try too many instructors because of my schedule, but a standout was Angela. I love that we Om and we take time to do pranayama (breathing regulation). She also offers classes that can accommodate beginners and advanced practices. (yay handstands!) And Karissa the owner is great too. She was able to resolve a problem, did not talk down to me, and went above and beyond to provided a fair compromise and solution. The one draw back is that their rental mats are too thin. Many places at this price point (and you have to pay to rent anyway -- $2 I think?) will use something like the Jade Yoga Harmony line. I didn't notice if this was available, but renting hand towels or full size yoga towel would be nice touch too. As a hot yoga tip, a hand towel is good for people who get slippery hands but not feet. If you get slickery with your feet, you would need a mat sized yoga towel with non-slip grips on the underside. Manduka makes a good one. A regular towel or even yoga marketed microfiber towels will bunch up if there's not grip on one side.

Currently taking advantage of the new student special but will for sure continue to come after. I've really enjoyed yoga for awhile now but have always done YouTube classes at home. My first class at Renu with Haley for the Ritual Yin class was so relaxing after a long and stressful graduation weekend. I then tried the Hot 26 class with Megan and was very pleased with how encouraging Megan was and how little judgement I felt if I had to make some adjustments to my poses. I would 100% recommend.

I love the peace and tranquility I receive after doing yoga. This place is so clean, the aesthetic is wonderful, and the staff is courteous and helpful. Plus, we always receive a scented cold wash rag after our session.

Overall I loved the experience at Renú, especially the cool infused towel at the end. As a beginner it was a little difficult to follow the flow since I didn’t know the names for the majority of moves and couldn't always easily see the instructor, but I'll be coming back regardless.

Great instructors. Both classes I took which were a yin and a yang class, instructors were knowledgeable of the practices and had a good pace and very good cues that made it easy to follow. Was excellent. If I lived in Yakima, I would be here at this studio everyday. I look forward to visiting again !! Namaste
