Very rude pharmacist I just experienced. I walked up and asked if they were open around 8:15pm and the pharmacist working her name was “Too” or “Tu” a Chinese looking lady rolled her eyes And didn’t respond. So she tried ignoring me as I stood there and I asked again “ugh hello” and she was extremely rude and I told her she shouldn’t be rude to the customers just because she’s having a bad day and I told her I wanted to speak to her manager and she said something under her voice and gave me a smirk and I asked her what she said and she said “that’s fine” and proceeded to argue with me about how she wasn’t rude in a rude manner and I ended up asking up front who the manager of the pharmacy was and they told me she was the manager so now I see why she was so cocky about being rude. That doesn’t make it okay to be rude just because you’re a manager. I’ve been coming here for years and never had anyone be rude to me like that.

I love this pharmacy! I’ve been a regular customer at this pharmacy for well around 3-4 years now. The staff is amazing. I know a bit through the grape vine how hard it can be as a pharmacy tech. So I really appreciate them. I’ve also dealt with other pharmacy’s who were so unprofessional and rude. These people have always been super helpful and try to help kind even when you can tell they’re stressed and annoyed when you call asking questions. But Drs can make things really confusing so sometimes I have to call or otherwise I find out my scripts aren’t getting filled. So I really appreciate that they try to be helpful and kind every interaction. These guys are the best!

I have shopped at various Rite-Aid Pharmacies for 30 years. I've shopped at the one on N 9th Ave in Yakima WA for over 4 years. I started doing so during Covid because they could deliver my prescriptions, and they still do. They also do auto-refills so I never run out. All of the staff are courteous, patient, and understanding. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Super friendly pharmacy staff and I am always in and out. Doesn't get much better than 4 stars for a pharmacy. A little hidden is the only complaint but use your GPS and that should work
