Everyone is so warm and welcoming. I feel like I have made lifetime friends at RSF. They push you to do your best and cheer you on. I never thought I would be comfortable going to the gym & working out but the atmosphere is so great I look forward to going and I now love working out. Becky encouraged me to do my first Spartan race, I was nervous but with the training I received from RSF I was definitely prepared for it and will be doing more races in the future.

My wife and I have been going once a week since July. We have gotten in much better shape and I have lost 25 pounds. What we love about Rock Solid is that it is for everyone. We go there every Tuesday and our trainer Rolando makes every person feel like they belong. You never feel less than. if a particular exercise is too difficult, he teaches you exactly how to modify it to get the most benefit for your individual fitness plan. He will always push you ... Not to far, but enough to grow you. The results are there and the culture there is very positive.
