First of all they did a great job replacing the window the issue was booking the job and being able to talk to a real human. The website sucks and if you call the phone number you get an automated idiot.

This was the most seemless experience ever. I had a 9:00 AM appointment. Safelite sent me a text verifying my appointment. I arrived 10 minutes late and a nice young lady met me with a great attitude. I was informed that it would be 2-3 hours for the install and recalibration. I received a text at 10:20 letting me know that it was finished. Ahead of schedule!! When I arrived back there was a nice brochure with a business card stapled with great instructions. They even took my oil change sticker from my broken windshield and with great care attached it to my new windshield. A little thing but quite attention to detail. This is a great business with great employees
