I tried getting an emergency refill for four days and was snubbed every time and after leaving messages and calling back over and over I was given attitude and no help until today, and even then I don't think anything will come of this. I need these meds for my mental health and was struggling with suicidal thoughts through this whole terrible ordeal. I will be doing everything I can to get my prescriptions elsewhere because I cannot handle another situation like this.

Sorry to interrupt your workout Mr. Pharmacist, I will never again compliment you on getting it in when you can.I am currently at the tail end of a cold and am congested, I also needed to buy Flonase allergy nasal spray. I asked the pharmacist if this may also help my nasal congestion due the the cold (worth an ask right? I figured it wouldnt work but hey why not ask). The pharmacist said Sudafed would be best, I let him know I can't take that (doctors orders). He seemed annoyed/eye roll. I asked if one of the other nasal sprays would work. He responded no, you need to treat the root cause/there are no nasal spray that will help you with congestion due to a cold. I said ok thank you, walked over, bought the vics cold and flu nasal spray and am currently congestion free. Not sure why he said what he said, other then he wanted to get back to his lunges. Wrays Chalet for the win.

Easily my favorite pharmacy. I had a question about a medication and although the pharmacist was busy, he took the time to answer my questions. They're always very helpful and terrific about getting prescriptions filled quickly.

I had some problems, but the pharmacy manager was right there to help. I transferred to this pharmacy because of problems at my last pharmacy. Definitely staying here thanks to the manager.

My favorite pharmacy! We had some problems with a prescription. The manager, Eric? Derek? took the time to help us solve our problem and obtain a much needed medication. Staff is amazing. They were extremely busy but still took the time to kindly help us with our issue. Much appreciated!

I've lived next to Safeway forever well 25 years I like the store I love the people right now but dang the prices have went way up it's ridiculousThey have one new lady in the pharmacy that's mean and she just seems like she hates her job and did not want to go to work that day whenever I see her there I just keep on walking I don't even bother stopping.

I went to pick up my prescriptions as I have there for 5 years, I stood and waited while 5 employees filled orders. I watched as none looked up and the older clerk muddled through with a customer. The cashier was slower than molasses and one of the other 4 could have rang me up since there are 2 check out points! Thankful there are so many pharmacies close to my neighborhood because I'm definitely switching. Too much turn over and no customer service.

Exceedingly poor service, has markedly declined from when I first started with this pharmacy. Major turnover in pharmacists and staff. Some are competent, others horribly incompetent. So it is luck of draw who you get. One lied to me about Medicare coverage, charged when shouldn’t have and when pursued I paid nothing. Communication is horrible, they don’t keep the app for refills updated or send notifications when prescriptions are ready. They rarely, if ever, answer the phone. Hence, unnecessary trips to the store, long wait in line to be told it will be ready in 2hrs. I have transferred to another pharmacy with a drive thru window, as well as, excellent and efficient communication regarding my prescriptions. Happy I made the change.

Sherry was horrible. I made a online appointment for a flu shot got there at 620pm and appointment is 630. She walked by me for 12 minutes and didn't say anything then said are you dropping off I said no ma'am I have a appointment at 630 for a flu shot and now it's almost 7 she signed at me and said did you print out your paperwork I said I am sorry I didn't know I needed to she snapped I need a simple yes and no I said if you going to talk that way I'm out. I know the roll store manager won't do anything about it I might get a email but please avoid this pharmacy Rite aid is even better lol

I had switched insurance and now have to deal with Safeway. Absolutely a mistake. Safeway pharmacy at 5702 Summit view is horrible. Most of the time it's 4-5-6 days to get my prescriptions this time I'm coming up on 2 weeks. They lie and say they are waiting on the doctor. That's a straight up lie, the doctor hasn't heard from them. I am filling a complaint with the Washington Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission.

I'm only going to put this out here do not work here the managers black ball you and don't follow protocol with anytime type of following complaints not to mention wrongful termination tactics there good at slanderous comments and deserve to be sued
