Had an amazing experience with Rome Atchinson! She gave me a relaxing scalp treatment with a perfect, layered cut and blowout. Rome was perfect and made me feel so beautiful and comfortable. She also gave very good hair care advice and knew how to treat my hair type and texture!

Went to yo Rome today. She’s been doing my hair the last 1 1/2 years. Love her sweet nice girl. Followed her from her last salon and then she landed at this beautiful salon. Highly recommend her always points me in the rite direction for hair products as well.

Rome did amazing on my hair! We went in with a plan but she directed me in a different direction which would be so much better for the condition of my hair & I couldn’t be happier!

I usually see Audre for my hair, which she always does amazing on, but this week I saw her for a lash lift and tint as well as a brow wax and tint, and I am more than happy with my results!! I have very blonde hair, and my facial hair is basically translucent naturally, but Audre got the color perfect on my brows and lashes! My brows have definition now without being too dark for my hair, and of course my lashes are lifted and effortless now that they are tinted. Thanks Audre!

I had a hair appointment with Nikki, she did so amazing on my hair. It was pink & dry when I went in, I’m always super anxious about dying my hair, but she made the process flow so easily, I left feeling beautiful and my hair so healthy. Thank you Nikki, you’re the best!

This is one of the best salons in Yakima, female owned and managed and they genuinely care about customer service. No matter who is at the front desk I have always been greeted with a smile and service promptly. I’ve been going to Audre for a little over a year now and I drive 2+ hours to see her and be in her cute, calm and cozy salon. Audre never fails to impress me with her styling and coloring skills and her genuine care that she has for not only her customers but her staff as well. She is always educating her staff and customers on why things are done the way that they are salon beYoutfiul and I love the family-vibes that I get whenever I visit. Audre has always done my hair amazingly, she executes a blonde heavy balayage on my dark brown hair and always gets me to the optimal blonde that I dream of!

I love how collaborative my experience with Dorothy was. She doesn't just take chances, she consulted with me every step of the way and I really appreciate how she looked out for the length she was cutting as I got rid of a good bit. She's super intuitive and it turned out so well. I'm moving out of state but would go back to her every time in a heartbeat! Very kind and professional, this is a great location. The owner, Audrey, is quite knowledgeable and runs a wonderful establishment.

Kristen did a great job on my haircut! She really listened to what I ask while also making professional decisions (she’s been a hairstylist for 14 years!) on what was best for my hair to get rid of damage and improve movement. Even after washing my hair myself and my amateur styling skills, it’s so bouncy and just lays perfectly. Take a chance on her, you won’t regret it!

I highly discourage visiting this salon. I scheduled a haircut a while back and brought reference photos for the stylist. I informed her that she could refer to the photos whenever needed, but she only glanced at them once and never looked again. Trusting her expertise, I believed she had a good memory, but this was a mistake. The final result was drastically different from what I requested, looking more like Lord Farquaad. Additionally, despite the stylist being a level 3, it seemed to hold no significance in terms of skill or outcome. Don’t think I will be coming here again, this salon really went down hill.
