The worst experience ever.
The worst hair cut ever.
She needs more training. You tell her how you want her to cut your hair. Didn’t even listen . Looked like it was a bowl cut. The color was so faded out , looked blotchy. I should’ve walked out I noticed how filthy the place was . She dropped the comb on the floor then bent over to pick it up and kept using it.

I booked the Japanese Scalp treatment with Liliana Farias and had the most relaxing experience. She was very professional and well organized. The environment felt comfortable and relaxing. The massage was amazing and my scalp felt so refreshed and clean. Definitely recommend and will be back for more services.

I am in utter disbelief and shock. I am in town visiting family and had a need to have my eyebrows threaded so went to Salon Envy as it's the only location here that advertised to do eyebrow threading.
When I laid down, margarita said "they're already thin so just a clean up?" I agreed and said "yes, just a clean up." Now, my eyebrows are light but not that thin nor in anyway difficult as they keep shape just need cleaning around the brow. I thought she knew what she was doing but that was simply not the case. Margarita did an atrocious job on my eyebrows and kept tugging at my skin and hairs, not the normal feeling for threading but assumed she still was perfecting the technique. I could have never imagined how wrong this could have gone. I was given the mirror and from an upside down view, they appeared thin and a section where it seemed to be a minor gap but at this point nothing else could be done, I didn't want her to "attempt" to fix and create a worse problem with my brows. I got in the car and looked closer and I audibly gasped. I did not know you could even create these mistakes with threading. My eyebrows are close to non-existent and the one on the left is incredibly butchered and damaged. I'm not sure how this woman is still "threading" eyebrows doing such a messy job. It’s unbelievable.
While threading my eyebrows, Margarita was discussing with me that she attended training in California, etc., but I find that very difficult to believe whatsoever. Any training she received was not adequate in the least. She is unskilled, and that’s an understatement. This is the most awful thread job I have ever witnessed in my lifetime -- too bad it's on my own eyebrows. I left there and went directly to buy serum and any other products to try to get these to look normal/grow out ASAP before my departure to the Middle East. What a nightmare! Do not let this woman touch your eyebrows.

This was my greatest nightmare. My lashes were very bad, was was not professional at all.The service was horrible, the money I paid was not worth it. I regretted going there. I would not recommend this place.Service: Eyelash extensions

I've had eyelash extensions before back at home, so I know how the process and how the feel of it works. Maggie, the eyelash technician, was super nice to me through the entire process. She prepped me, made me feel comfortable and what-not. Once she was finished she told me to open my eyes slowly- and I thought to myself .. "Where is my fan? I need to let the glue dry.." but I did as she told me. As I opened my eyes slowly, I was not able to fully open my left eye and my right eye was burned by the glue. My right eye was crying & Maggie did not wipe off my tears, I had to do that (it's ok if I did it, I just thought it wasn't professional for her to not care for me). She grabbed some small scissors and cut through the lashes that were stuck to my bottom ones from my left eye WHILE my eye was open. I had a chemical burn for about 4 days on my right eye. When I got home I had to trim some lashes and remove some that were glued onto my skin.
