Checked in online the night before because they said it would save half the time. Not true! Still the slowest process on earth and the incompetence level and unprofessionalism is at an all time high. Every Time I come in here they claim to have some sort of technical issue with their system when it is obviously operator error. This is almost a painful transaction But unfortunately somethings I am required to do on a regular basis.

Moved my daughter to LA from Yakima. Sales and service 5 stars... drop off in Thousand Oaks super easy... good value and service

This place is hard to either complain or compliment the employees since none of them wear name tags. The only complaint I have is waiting for help either making a reservation or enquirer about services can be a while. They really need to overhaul their service counter. And staff it better.

Rude front desk person. Skipped me to help another customer when all I wanted was a status report on the vehicle they have been working on for almost two hours. Their "waiting area" consists of two uncomfortable chairs with a coffee station with no coffee available and a plastic tree held together by duct tape. You would think if you're going to make someone wait two hours for you to do a 30 minute job, you would least provide water or a tv to watch while you sit and wait.... and wait... and wait some more. Just goes to show that Yakima continues to provide substandard services. Oh and icing on the cake and I'm on my third hour waiting for a simple installation to be done, a super classy Uhaul employee just burst into the "office" and yelled "It's fu%king busy as sh!t in here". Nice. Real nice.

Great shop! The new GM is courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. She took me in an emergency and got me on my way. Didn't just fix the hitch lights, she replaced the wiring harness. More businesses should be managed by someone of her caliber! Thank you Uhaul. This shop wins in my book.

Customer service was great and friendly. I should know. I spent 4 hours there loading a u-pack box.

We only stopped in to measure the cab space & pick up tape & rope, but the gent that helped us was polite (held the doors for us & such). He even gave us helpful tips. If this location wasn't way out of the way for our move we would have booked with them.
