This place is great. The guys who have helped me have always been very friendly and respectful. Today I finally got the ignition interlock uninstalled from my car and when I pulled up I asked the guy that DOL said I can come in and get it uninstalled. He said that normally you would have to make an appointment, but he went out of his way to just do it right then and there. For that I am very grateful and I appreciated his kind gesture. ? They definitely strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.

When I first made the appointment the lady I talked to said it’d take 4-5 hrs but this location was Fast! Friendly! Explained everything I needed to know! First time having to deal with this whole process and they made it less dreadful

Very friendly and professional individuals working here. They get you in and out and make sure you understand how to fully work the device. Having an interlock installed isn’t a very pleasant feeling but they make it so much easier, making you feel confident about yourself and moving forward with your life. Definitely recommend this business!
