Noah assisted me when I lost my phone and was frantic. He explained to me the security features on my lost Android device, stalked me through how to lock the phone down from T-Mobiles side of things - to include leaving a text message that would display on the lost phone for the finder to call a phone number so I could retrieve my phone. Noah took care of my security issues first, then was kind enough to help me pick out a new phone for the uses / features I utilize and explained how my Contacts and Photos would have to migrate over to the new unit. He was SO helpful - I attempted to leave him a tip but he said they are not allowed to accept them....but his manager treats them to cookies on occasion. I hope you treat Noah and his associates with LOTS of WARM cookies for the excellent service they provided me.

I would give it 1 star but the gentleman that helped me tonight was nicer then the girl. this the second time coming to this store because its close to work i came in for tmobile tuesday and asked if they had buckets and the gentleman says yes and the girl rudely replies no we dont manny but he proceeds to the back to get them because his other coworker said let me get two. Doesnt come out of her paycheck i dont see why deny them. Anyways he gave me 3 for each line i had . I activated a 4th line yesterday and will activate a 5th next month but i rather make the drive to union gap for better customer service. The females here need better customer service.

Love working for T-Mobile the environment is great my team is such a team always there for one another the service we provide is great here at this store ! I recommend for any concerns questions or just inquires on T-Mobile come by to our location behind Red Robin and let one of OUR AWESOME TEAM MEMBERS HELP YOU OUT ! ??

They charge to pay in store now thats stupid it’s not my fault i can’t set up a T-Mobile ID because i have two accounts. I’ll be canceling my home internet one though

Noah is your guy here. I am a new T-Mobile customer with a new phone. I popped into the store to see if someone there could put the protective glass screen on the phone. Noah said "Sure!" He was great AND did a beautiful job. Now THAT'S customer service.

Bad pricing, couldn't even answer the price of a USB c charger and cable til they while not busy upwards of 10 minutes to be told it's 50 for something every phone needs, big yikes, was even told Samsung chargers are different and don't work with other phones which is total bogus

Ernie was great, my phone was badly infected by Spyware. He fixed it about 10 minutes found I didn't have a tmobile app turned on in my phone, now works great. Thank you Ernie for great service!!!

I was sent home with a new phone that didn't include all the components to charge it. I called and the rude sales associate acted like I should know I had to buy a new type of charging block he also kept calling me boss. I returned to the store and the same associate called be boss again. I asked to speak to Brandon the Manger who sold me the phone and was told he was on the phone in the back. Two different sales people tried to give me the part I needed and said Brandon was going to be on the phone for half an hour. When it became apparent I wasn't leaving Brandon suddenly appeared. My main purpose for going back was to talk to Brandon about his rude employee. I am a customer and expect to be treated with respect. Calling be boss instead of sir doesn't work. The phone was for my elderly mother. I will not be changing my at&t service to t-mobile.

When this store was sprint it had Ron's of customer service issues ans I complained and it never helped.That being said I wasn't looking forward to going to t-mobile. I need a new work phone because mine was ran over.Store manager Brandon went above and beyond for me. I appreciate him helping and making me happy with the transaction.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Horrible customer service. Just call the customer service number or go online to fix your issue. You will be waiting all day to get anything done there.

I thought this one was better than the one on 1st St - WRONG!! Same lousy service. One guy working, actually chit chatting with customer while 3 customers waiting! The other 2 employees were somewhere in back. Phone support is great but if you have to go in physically forget it!! Think I need to switch carriers.
