Sprout Again appears to be family and consigner strong. However, the opposite is true. As a consigner you can use your account to shop in store or request a check if your account is over $20. It has taken weeks sometimes months for me and others I know to receive checks from them. If they don't want you to cash out why have that option at all? The owner who writes the checks won't acknowledge that she writes them to customers. Has been known to say "She writes them every Friday." Unusual definitely. When it comes to actual consigned items, they willingly donate perfectly good items, sometimes even BNWT because they don't want the church they donate to, to end up with scraps. Cheating you the consigner. Quite possibly could consider that theft directly from the consigner. Any time I've been I've not once seen an employee take a break. Granted this note could be speculation. As far as their selection goes, most times the price matches the value of the item. No complaints on that end. Overall, if you're looking for somewhere to shop for cheap to provide for your family on a low budget, this is the place. If you're looking to consign, it is not. If giving negative stars was an option, I would.

I dropped off 4 boxes of clothes for consignment .they game me a slip to show what I left . I left hundreds of dollars of new baby girl dresses. . They said they couldn't find them didn't offer no compensation or apology. Very rude customer service.

I love coming here. I always find great clothing, shoes and more in awesome condition for my 3 kids for a great price. I also consign and they go thru every single item to make sure it meets their standards.

The staff is not friendly at all when you walk in your not even greeted or welcomed. The clothes are not what they used to be now they are just old and faded clothes.

It's a great place to take children's items or maternity clothes and they credit back what they sell for you. I take all my children's items here instead of running around finding someone to buy them.

Always awesome! Katie is a gem! Always great quality stuff! We don't buy kids clothing anywhere else... why? Because it's affordable and quality!

This is by far the best consignment shop in the area. It's a little small and mostly full of Carter's and the other usual suspects for kids consignment, BUT this is the only consignment store in the area where the prices are really consistent with USED children's clothing. I've gone a few times in the last few months, and there are a few better brands hidden in here that makes it well worth it. I've found Peek tees, Hanna Andersson PJs, Matilda Jane, Plum Bunny, Nui, Tucker and Tate, CachCach, Natives, Converse, Keens, Saltwaters, a few really trendy looking handmade pieces, recent Ralph Lauren, etc., all in great condition or brand new and the most I've paid for an item is $6. I've been to all 3 consignment stores in the Tri-Cities, as well as the other shop in Yakima, and they are charging 2-3x the prices as this place and rarely have even one or two decent brands. Would give the 5th star if they had a bigger selection for toddler boys and less worn out Carter's stuff, but it's worth checking back to find the good stuff.

I had a great experience here. Their stuff is really well organized, and there's plenty of it. I picked up a nice sleep sack and a dew other clothes for my daughter, and have every intention of returning to fill in the gaps of my kiddo's wardrobe. My brother and sister in law also got us a bouncer seat from here, and it was in great shape. Very clean, and affordable.

Fun little local business. "One man's junk is another man's treasure".
