I had a great experience here at Steve Hahns dealership! I had an issue with my cars tires and was helped out by Trent. Trent helped me with the issue I had on my tire and made sure my car was back to running in great form in a timely matter. Would recommend this establishment to everybody.

Luis Wright met me in the parking lot with a great smile and seemed very anxious to please. From that moment on he was very concerned with my wants and needs in a car. Luis was open, honest and compassionate regarding my situation and worked hard to achieve the best answer for my search. I was very frank with him about what I needed and he responded clearly with what would fit my desires for a vehicle. I was never made to feel pressured or hurried to make a decision. I was also impressed as we spoke casually about our lives which made me very comfortable. After nailing down exactly the perfect car we went inside where I continued to be put at ease, Where I met more staff members which seemed to meet the standard in which Luis had set. Everyone who touched my purchase had special jobs. They all seemed to know them well. Kim spike to me more than once to assure me there would never be any reason to be unsatisfied because they would be there to help me IF I had any questions or needed anything. I am sad that I fail to remember the man who helped me with the finance part, but he did a wonderful job explaining everything and answering all my questions. As I left I was reassured once again that Luis would always be there every day except Sunday to answer questions or help in any way. I would definitely recommend Steve Hahn's dealership to any and everyone.

Do not go to these guys to purchase a car!!! Please read all the bad reviews they have. I wish I would of read all of these before going to them. They are extremely unorganized within their own team they don't know what's going on. After we signed the contract and agreed on the price. They had us waiting the whole day to get our purchased car clean and fixed for minor interior aesthetics. We kept asking and they said the technician will be back shortly and it will not take him a lot of time to have it ready for us, so I told my ride go at at they end of the day they told me he never even started working on it and that they will deliver it to my home address which is about 2 hrs away; and we needed to find a way home right there in the evening. We had to pay a taxi to take us home! It took them a WHOLE WEEK to turn in the car and it was not even cleaned and/or fixed like we agreed, also whoever they sent to deliver the car was smoking inside the car and I am a nonsmoker. Of course I called furious and they promised me a $100 gift card to detail the car properly and the parts that they were supposed to install in the interior in the first place! It's been 3 months and I have not yet received either this items. They don't care after you signed the contract you are on your own and all of the verbal promises are gone to the drain. If you go to them please make sure you have everything on writing as minor as it seem as little for them to give you a cleaned detailed car or any gift card they promise. Because they do not keep their word.
