Drove 2 hours for the KIA due to another recall notification after inspection were told to come back as they need to order the part. It’s rocket science to order it ahead or have a back part in house. Save yourself time and money do not buy KIA this is my 4th recall. Anyone rating this place above a 1 star is either a bot or a KIA employee.

My car had more damage after they serviced it than there was when I first brought it in. I towed my car in with a blown motor which is a recall issue for my specific model. They neglected to tell me when I dropped it off that it would take over a month to fix. I guess (based on their policy) they consider 5 weeks to be “a timely manner.”
The staff had reached out to me once after running a diagnostic and ordering parts. From then until pickup (5 weeks later), I hadn’t received a single communication from anyone at this facility. Other reviews talk about a “service advisor” who communicated with them. Apparently my service advisor’s name was Taylor, but they never reached out. The only reason I even have the name of this service advisor is because I escalated this issue up to Director of Operations. No one called, texted, or emailed anything to me throughout the 5 weeks they had my car for. To have my car out of my possession for weeks while no one gives me any updates was a terrible customer experience.
I had called the location myself on numerous occasions looking for updates. The majority of my calls were either hung up while waiting on hold, answered and then immediately hung up on, or transferred to the wrong department entirely. I wasted countless lunch breaks trying to get an update only to end up with nothing from their non-communicative staff.
Upon receiving my car, I got a multi-point inspection. The inspection came back saying my radiator was displace “due to impact.” I found this to be surprising because my car had never had any impacts or accidents previously. Luckily, I took my car to another auto shop in Ellensburg prior to towing it to Steve Hahn’s where they were able to verify that my radiator was not out of place when they had it. Seeing that the car was towed to Steve Hahn’s (w/o a radiator issue), I know for a fact that the service department is responsible for this damage. Despite this, they tried to charge me over $600 to get it fixed. On top of that, Trent in the service department suspiciously instructed me to “not mention the radiator to corporate” if I chose to file a complaint. The reason he stated was that my service might not be covered under warranty if Kia thinks my radiator caused my motor to blow up. Since the car was diagnosed and the warranty was verified over a month prior, I found this to be an unethical attempt at covering up their workmanship errors. When I escalated this issue, Jared Lingle said he was willing to see the evidence I had. Within minutes of getting off the phone, he proceeded to block my email so I couldn’t send him this info. I tried calling Kia corporate about it and they said that “only the independent locations handle workmanship issues.”
In addition to the radiator they damaged, I also had a dead battery, a leaking wiper fluid bottle, an oil leak, brakes hanging on by a thread, and a clogged CAT. None of this was caught in their multi-point inspection, and I’m positive these issues were not present when I towed the car to them.
Within 4 hours, my car was back in the service department but this time at George Gee’s Kia in Liberty Lake, WA. They were skilled enough to catch these problems in their multi-point inspection. George Gee’s Kia did the exact same inspection within 24 hrs of picking up my car from Steve Hahn’s Kia, but Steve Hahn’s didn’t catch any of these issues which speaks to the lack of skill in their service department.
To the Steve Hahn’s Kia staff, I wouldn’t come back to your location for service if it was my only option in the whole PNW. I’d rather tow my car across state lines to go elsewhere after the horrible service I received. Your customer service and communication are non-existent. Your service department is shady, inept, and has no regard for handling vehicles safely. Based on Kia’s policy, you can damage my car while it’s getting serviced, and so long as Jared says it’s not your fault, you can get away with it scot-free. For

I can't express enough how helpful Jared in the Service Dept was. He and Trent (I believe was his name) were excellent and our engine repair went just the way you want these visits to go. I'm not usually a dealership-repair-guy, but they have my trust and appreciation, and we are now regularly taking my wife's car here for servicing, starting with an oil change this last week, and brakes as soon as they come due.
Thanks guys!

I live in Wenatchee and unfortunately Steve Hahn Kia dealership is the closest to me which is a 2 hr drive each way. I had a 9am service appt today that I scheduled approx 3 weeks ago. I arrived to half assed customer service, was told that it would take approx 3-4 hours which I had anticipated. They did not have a loaner car for me and my disabled cousin with a walker but they would pay for a one way Uber ride for us. We went shopping and had lunch and waited for them to call me and tell me it was finished. At 12:30 we caught an Uber back at my own expense to wait til it was done at the dealership to find out that it had not even been started on yet! What?! I asked for my keys back and left. I will not return to this dealership nor will I recommend it to anyone. You wasted 8 hours of my day and a full tank of gas.

I recently purchased the latest model of the Kia Sportage Hybrid, and I couldn't be happier! From the moment I got behind the wheel, I was blown away by the smooth ride and responsive handling. The interior is spacious and luxurious, featuring top-notch materials and cutting-edge technology that make every drive enjoyable.
A special shoutout to my salesman, Chris Holt, who was exceptional throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my needs and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. His dedication made the buying experience seamless and enjoyable.
Overall, this car has exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend working with Chris Holt as he made this entire experience 10x times better.

DO NOT GO HERE!! This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Bought a kia from them in May and have had nothing but issues with that car. The dealership hasn't stood up to the agreement on the warranty I bought and never calls back. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!

Fantastic service center. Really great service department. They are friendly and kind. My service rep Keara is a very professional staff. She thinks in customers' perspectives and helps us. I rarely see such a great attitude these days. Most dealerships these days just want your money. Here in Steve Hahn Yakima Kia, I felt different. I would definitely come back and refer my friends to make purchases here just because they have such a great staff like Keara in the service department.

Although I ultimately did not end up purchasing a vehicle, I’m giving 5 stars for Jasmyn Bond’s excellent customer service. I inquired about a vehicle and she was on top of it, sending me stats and facts and answering any questions I had. She was very knowledgeable and responsive. If you’re in the market for a vehicle and find yourself here, ask for Jasmyn!

EDIT: Unfortunately our original experience has soured over the last few weeks. As soon as we drove our car home we noticed infotainment deficiencies, which progressively got worse. After a couple weeks, the gauge cluster started blacking out entirely while driving and the audio/video features of the car were completely useless. The car has been in the shop since, racking up $2k+ in repairs. We reached out to Steve Hahn multiple times for assistance, even making the long drive back to speak to a manager in person, but have largely been ignored or brushed off. These issues should have been addressed or disclosed if the vehicle had been properly vetted before sale. At a minimum, assistance with the repairs in honor of an implied warranty seem in order. They only get to keep 2 stars because the initial experience was so accommodating. Very frustrated with how this turned out.ORIGINAL: Had a great experience here. Manny was the absolute best! He knew I was interested in their new inventory and contacted me as soon as the car was available. The price was a little above what I wanted but the car appeared in great shape and he worked with me over text and phone to iron out what I needed for trade in, interest and loan details, etc. to make it work for us. Really help expedite the purchase once we got in for a test drive. One of the floor mats was missing so he ordered us a whole new set and had it shipped to our house. Wife says we're only going to him from now on.

I called this Kia dealership when my wife wanted a very specific car make and model. I ended up in touch with Curtis who was an absolute Rockstar!! Curtis not only bent over backwards on multiple occasions to find what we wanted but exceeded all expectations. This led to my wife finding the EXACT car she wanted! During the financing portion of our process we had to pleasure of working with Ruben, to no surprise he was just as professional and amazing to work with. I could not recommend these guys more and have already done so for many of my friends. Friendly, professional, and no hassle to meet your needs. 10/10 my wife and I will continue to do business with them!

I took my 2006 Kia Rio in for a timing belt change on Monday morning. Kara (sp?) was excellent to work with and even provided me with what I believe was a new Kia EV6 Wind as a loaner car! I loved driving it. She said the charge would be $35 per day for the loaner, which was fine.Kara called at around 4:15 pm the next day (Tues.), and said my car was ready for pick up. I admit I was a bit concerned that they might forget to call, since I'd seen that in another review or two.I went to pick up my car and was told that not only did they install the entire kit, but they replaced all the coolant and put in a new water pump. The total price was only slightly above what I paid for the same work ten years ago. Also, she said that since I was so easygoing and easy to work with, she would not charge me for the loaner! I was very pleased. My car is running great, and I'm confident it will smoothly get through the upcoming winter weather. That's a load off! I'll definitely be back.
