Worst dealer ever brother in law bought a Kia, after 4 days had problems with a/c, call Juan and promise that they would pay for the parts as long as my brother in law pays for labor, job was done and now they don’t want to pay. These guys are a Joke……..

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Trent in the service department! He went above and beyond to get my car in and checked up on I was stranded on the side of the road for an hour and a half due to another dealer releasing my car without properly fixing it. They should have never released me my car yet they did leading up to my oil plan splitting my in half.. I got my car towed in on a Sunday night at 6:00pm. I called the next morning to explain and check in my car. Trent gave me a call I explained my situation and what happened and he did everything in his power to get my car checked up on and diagnosed they had a full schedule. I expected to get my car back in 3-4 weeks and was urgently looking for a rental and he called me back saying I should have it back within the week! I am supporting my self and two others and need my car back ! He is truly a life saver thank you Trent for all you’ve done for us ! May god bless you!

This dealership has the worst customer service in the entire Yakima valley. I purchased a used car and was told it was inspected and any repairs that needed to be made were completed before my purchase, but it turns out that was far from the truth the sales men who helped me with my purchased rushed the entire process and skipped over any inspection and necessary fixes they had promised. Under the first month of owning the car many issues came up and I reached out multiple times to the sales men and to the dealership and was given a cold shoulder I got the car inspected at another dealership and the repairs tallied over 2k dollars the car currently does not start and is in no way safe to be on the roads the dealership keeps ignoring my constant request for review and is a terrible place to deal with I’m paying for a car I cannot drive and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car.

If I can give zero stars I would. I shook hands and agreed to buy a car and when I left they “sold “ it out to someone else. Absolutely the worse dealership experience I have ever had. Do not give this company business.

Worst car buying experience ever. I bought a vehicle that need a part replaced, no biggie. So they had it 3 days after purchase date and wouldn’t get it done until I threatened I was no longer gonna wait. After threat, it was done same day. I drove it home, to work that same day and then back home. After doing so I noticed the dome light flickering, dash lights flickering from brightest to dim, also notice the horn didn’t even work.The next day I take it back and state I want to return it. They said they can’t take it as a return and have to do a trade in. After I told the salesman Armando all these things, he then says “you see why I didn’t want to sell it right now” when he did nothing to persuade me away from the vehicle. I then got a newer vehicle from them because I had to trade it in according to them. This one had an oil leak after test driving, they “fixed it” and not even two weeks later it’s leaking again. I made an appointment to check it out and stated I’ll need the vehicle back same day but at the end of the day. Brandon the “best service advisor” they have, said he would leave my key with Armando for me to pick up due to it being after 5pm. Brandon never told Armando about it. Armando wasn’t even there when I arrived. Ricardo was the best guy there, he was the one running around looking for my key because the key was left with a technician and even the technician was hard to track down. Will never be back to Steve Hahns again. If you have a tracker in the car, they will unplug it while it’s there. After they fixed the oil leak the first time I received the car back with the tracker unplugged. A bunch of sketch balls there. Recommend never doing business here

Dishonest sales team! Check all the Yelp reviews - people have quite the stories about their treatment here. In my case, I drove 3 hours to see a car. The salesman insisted over 5 phone calls that the car was clean. He sent 2 very misleading photos and a video. He never disclosed the significant damage to the roof; it looks like the car had been wedged into a garage door or some other low-lying structure. Also, the back bumper had signs of impact and was poorly paint-touched up. Similarly the passenger mirror was poorly repainted. The car also had mismatched tires and other signs that it had lived a hard life. None of this was disclosed by the salesman who insisted the car was in pristine shape. It cost us 6 hours round trip. More importantly, it was super dishonest. Trust level here is super low. Others on Yelp reviews say similar things.

I have had multiple excellent experiences having my VW serviced here. Even though I didn't buy my car from them, their service department has always taken good care of me. Trent is an honest and straightforward person who treats you fairly and doesn't overcharge for services. That can be rare to find among car dealerships unfortunately, so I really appreciate having a trustworthy place to take my car. Excellent communication as well. Highly recommended.
