My mother's card declined in the store, and they made my mom feel a bit uncomfortable with their attitude towards her,she had to use the ATM next door,a bit much for a thrift store, there's better places than this one!

Conditions of the clothes and items don’t match the prices listed. Prices have gone up double. I went recently and the older lady at the fitting rooms was rude and let the person in front take more than five items in the room. Rules should apply to everybody.

Staff is excellent, whoever does the hiring gets a gold star. Large variety. Prices are fair. Could be better for a thrift store.

Always lots of great things to choose from. The displays make it feel like a department store and not a 2nd hand store.

Prices here are getting so out of hand it’s ridiculous. I used to come here pretty frequently - maybe once every two weeks. I always find great stuff but at this point there’s no reason to go - just buy it brand new online for cheaper. Really disappointing they’re ok with pricing things like this. Every vase I come across is over $30. Furniture is over $100. Frankly I think we should boycott this place until they remember they’re a thrift store. A Christian one at that.

WAY too overpriced!! $25 for some old (1980s) maps??? Come on.
I also was looking for a coat... They had a ton of them but I somehow couldn't find one for less than $20. For a USED coat!
Get it together, UGM!

This place is the most expensive thrift store I’ve been to. The staff told me they take 30% of the price of the item new to price everything. My bf and I go here and we’ll play a game of guess the price- it’s always wayyy higher than we guess. If you’re looking for thrift store prices, look elsewhere.

This thrift store is not for everybody. I want to like it for its mission, but they make it really hard to like this thrift store. It’s a large store, but the selection and prices are not great. It has a department store vibe and not the fun thrift store vibe you usually get when shopping at a thrift. The prices are too high, the selection is basic, and the quality of the items do not reflect the pricing. I’ve come across too much faded clothing with dog hair, pilling, stains or tears, and used items tagged at new or higher than new prices. At these prices, one is better off shopping these items new. For the high prices, one could at least expect for the items you’re shopping for to be cleaned before being put out on the sales floor.

Fantastic group of people. JR and staff are a blessing. We appreciate his prayers. I purchased a few items and would have bought more if I had more space to take with me.

It used to be fun to shop here. Now they have raised prices through the roof and rearranged so it feels like I’m shopping at a normal store. Hardly any worthwhile finds anymore.

It’s a cute store with some good stuff and decent prices. You’re supporting a good cause here and you can round up to help a neighbor in need. My only gripe is that the employees should not be talking about politics with customers. There’s a time and a place for that!

LARGE selection on many different things. Great for antique things. Clothing cost is a bit high for a thrift store, but otjer than that its a great store. It's my favorite one in town to go to.
