I was inside the automatic car wash, and all seemed well, aside from the undercarriage wash being pathetic in terms of the water pressure, my car was covered in soap when the entire wash just stopped.
Now I understand that sometimes equipment breaks down and I was fully assuming that as soon as I could get a hold of management they would likely give me a free wash or some other type of compensation for my failed wash and the subsequent $3 I had to use to wash the soap off of my car. I noticed that an older white haired gentleman had pulled up to the automatic wash and gone into a door that’s usually locked. So I’m assuming this is the owner or an employee of the car wash. Considering it being 10pm, I assume it’s the owner. I saw that he pulled his truck into the wash to check its operation when I turned around after pulling out of the parking lot because I noticed he was the same man who’d gone into the locked room and I told myself I wouldn’t let this slide. I’ve been coming to this wash facility for over a decade and if I could get it straightened out why wouldn’t I? As the man pulled his truck out of the car wash and got out of his truck, I loudly said “hey sir, are you the owner?” He clearly had heard me, because he kept staring at me. Rather than answering me, he got into his red Nissan truck and drove off, all while staring at me. I left a note letting him know that was rude. I wasn’t even trying to be mean or anything- just asking if he’s the owner was apparently the wrong thing to say. I am never giving this company my money again. Very dissatisfied and disappointed at the clear disrespect and disregard of the people who work here.

Almost took an entire roll of quaters to wash my car, and that's only scrubbing and rinsing. No way that timer is accurate.
I could have paid much less at an automated car wash and that would include drying.

For the price this wash does a good job! Normally there is little to no cars in line.

I visit the car wash regularly. A few vacuums do not work and that can be difficult when busy. The car wash is always clean and well maintained. I will continue to come there in hopes that the vacuums get fixed.
