I am currently a T-Mobile customer after switching back from AT&T. I was with T-Mobile for a few years before then since the T-Mobile/Sprint merge, and was with Sprint for many years. With having been with a few different cell phone carriers I definitely have to say that T-Mobile has provided me with the most positive experience. Ever since I switched back, all the new 5G towers that were put up have given me better connection in areas where I either didn’t have connection, or the connection was spotty. The customer service is excellent, especially at this location. They take the time to answer all of my questions, and if there were any questions that they were unsure of, they wouldn’t hesitate to find that answer out for me. The staff is very friendly, not just customer service friendly because of the job, but friendly in a sense that you feel they genuinely care about your experience and getting you taken care of. The manager, I think her name was Erica, is especially knowledgeable and experienced and it shows. She answered all my questions and ensured that I was taken care of before I left that store. I am very satisfied with my experience and if I could rate 100/5 I definitely would.

I recently visited the T-Mobile store and had an amazing experience! The staff, especially Raquel, provided excellent service and went the extra mile to make sure I left satisfied with my new phone purchase. Raquel was incredibly knowledgeable about all their devices and deals, which made the decision-making process so much easier. It's refreshing to see a team that genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend this T-Mobile store for their outstanding service! ??

I dont usually leave reviews, but I've been going to the union gap store for years now and can't say enough about the professionalism, expertise, and friendliness of Raquel. She has saved me money countless times, fixed issues, answered all my questions, made sure all my upgrades went smoothly, and has always had a giant smile and been extremely patient and friendly.

Went in for an upgrade and was Greated right away by angel who was quick, helpful and had great customer service, getting me into my new iPhone 15 pro max. Best T-Mobile store in Yakima!

I have been a T-Mobile customer since 2015, when this location was the only one in all of Yakima and the lower valley. As T-Mobile has gone from underdog to behemoth and opened stores everywhere, I keep coming back to this store any time that I have a question or need to make adjustments to my plan. The staff here have always been courteous and welcoming. Even though the wait can be long sometimes, they check in on me regularly. I see myself continuing to go to this store, even though there are now stores that are much closer to where I live.

Got my dads phone back… it doesn’t work. I don’t know who handled his phone while he was there but his phone number wasn’t even set up. He is very unhappy and I’m trying to get him converted to apple so thanks.Edit: called customer service and you guys left us with an unactivated SIM card. Idk how you guys mess that up with that being your job to provide us with call and text through a sim or else I’d just buy it online but thanks.

Erica was phenomenal!! Very knowledgeable in all aspects of the business. Guided us through our options and designed a plan that was perfect for us. Explained options and benefits that we were unaware of. We are refugees from many years at AT&T and are delighted we found Erica and T-Mobile. Looking forward to a long business relationship.
