Nice hotel, Like new. Easy access to the Freeway. Good size room (King bed. Very soft but firm). Great coffee. Lots of hot water and ice. The grab and go breakfast is perfect for us on the go. I had a Ham & Cheese croissant. Bagel with cream cheese (the good one), Waffle and water. I’ll be back when I’m in the area.

Issue with booking.com rectified satisfactorily. Modern style rooms. Property and grounds in great shape. Uncomfortable bathtub and pillows. The light in the bathroom sink area is inadequate, especially for makeup application. Plenty of light and plug options elsewhere. Wi-Fi is decent, could actually connect my PS5 Portal most of the time.

I stayed at Hotel Y in Yakima for two nights with my 16-year-old son and had a very positive experience overall. The location is excellent — right off the freeway, which made it super convenient for traveling. Check-in was quick and easy.
The hotel has clearly been recently remodeled. The rooms have a clean, modern look with stylish decor and comfortable bedding. Everything was very well maintained and spotless. I especially appreciated the blackout blinds, which helped block out the nearby highway light and noise. While you can hear some traffic from the freeway, it wasn’t too disruptive.
They offer a simple but free breakfast, which was a nice touch and more than enough to start the day. One of my favorite perks was the cute little drive-through coffee stand right in the parking lot — the coffee was excellent and it was so convenient to have it right there.
I felt safe while on the hotel property. However, I wouldn’t recommend walking around the area alone, especially at night, as just a block or two away there are quite a few homeless individuals and people who seemed of questionable character.
Food options nearby are limited, so be prepared to drive a couple miles if you want to grab a meal outside the hotel.
Saturday night was very busy — likely due to a local baseball tournament — but Sunday night was much quieter, with only one or two cars in the lot. Despite the busy night, the noise levels were manageable.
For the price I paid, this was a great value, and I would definitely stay here again.

Super close to the interstate and very convenient to food. Recently rebuilt and the rooms are new and comfy. Breakfast was surprisingly good! We will stay again...

Good hotel for the most. Bed was comfy. Rooms nice. Pool nice. In a part of town alot of drug addicts and homeless around. Didnt have an issue with them on property.
Had some stuff stolen from my room I'm guessing from staff cause it was there in the morning and gone by noon when I went out for a bit. That was very disappointing. Let front desk know but figured No one would admit to it. Be cautious w your stuff.

This place is a scam! If you book a room there, good luck trying to get through to cancel said room. They don't answer the phone number that they give you to call the property. So, you're kinda screwed either way!!! ANSWER YOUR PHONE PEOPLE!!!

Pick this one! Great hotel and price is wonderful. Beds very comfortable , rooms clean and well equipped. Shower great. Blackout curtains that work!

Very friendly staff, room was clean, good location, good prices, and breakfast started at 6. I like the early breakfast because we were travelling and still had a long drive ahead of us.
