Jim was very unprofessional entered store no greeting was trying to pay cash for a truck he then changed the amount was left confused on why the amount went higher when paying with cash he just kept repeating the amount everything after was just half assed customer service I do not appreciate the smart talk when genuinely confused on how the price changed for cash didn’t care to explain either this is not the way you assist customers did not enjoy my experience with this locations employee.

Very awful service again. Guy at cashier had no respect, doesn’t even greet clients well when entering in a professional way. Just very disappointed. Didn’t ask for my consent to take a picture and just pulls out phone and takes a picture of me when looked up. Today he wanted to be extra and actually call my contact and other times he has never done or even taken a picture. Today he was extra. Bad service. Lost a loyal customer.

Storage access hours differ from the contract. I signed a contract with hours stated as one thing but the actual hours you can access your unit if it’s inside a building (climate controlled) is in a much narrower window of time. This makes it hard to access my shit most of the time because of my schedule. I’ll be moving out before the next billing period due to this. I won’t pay $150 a month just to be misled and not be able to get to my stuff when needed.

I went to get my propane filled at 6:40 pm on Thursday January 30. They don't close until 7 pm, One of the employe came out and closed it and said they were closed for the night. I was really disappointed at the fact that they don't specify a time for the propane fill up, and there was other customers puling up for other stuff and they got helped. It's not the first time this happen. I'm definitely not going back.

This is my store, period! Efficient and timely service every time with ease. Even when I feel like my circumstances might be too complicated, but they don't bat an eyelash and get it done. Good group of staff, well done!

I will definitely be turning this place into the better business bureau!
Horrible experience...
1.) My dad goes and picks up the truck for an event on a tuesday... I notice that the bumper is almost falling off because it's been damaged... I asked if they went over it with him, so they don't think that he did it. And he said no they didn't!
2.) We you get up to the flea market And we have to move, put you all out of somebody else's space after we unloaded and it would not start! The key would not turn it and took about twenty five minutes to get it going again...
3.) Driving it on The Pass the R. P m. Keep Hitting over five thousand going up and down the hills... It felt very unsafe. I felt snapping on the right tire area. At one point I was breaking and it started sounding like it was going to blow up!
4.) We brought all of this to MIGUEL O. Attention. When we brought it back today on a Tuesday. All he had to say without looking at us. And practically rolling his eyes was " Did you call roadside assistance?"
Well, what more we were not broke down. It was not maintenance, obviously or has not been maintained in quite some time.
5.) He then charges us for 8 days When it was only seven days, no discount for anything...
6.) We asked about the insurance because they told my dad. It was best to get it so he got it. But why did he have to get it when the bumper was already cracked all the way down almost off?? Because they wanted to turn it in on us! This is fraud...
So needless to say I WILL NEVER EVER RENT FROM THESE GUYS AGAIN OR RECOMMEND.. 600.00 FOR 7 DAYS! CRAZZZY!!!
Will add photos when father gets them to me. Getting ahold of B.B.B. now.

Awful service they charged me for full a week over $400 dollars even though I returned it to another U-Haul location the next day , They said it was fine to left it there but it was still charged for every day we also talked to them and they said that would be no extra charge since it was returned in a U-Haul location next day we just had to take it there again, but still got charged I would never go back

The guys working here were very nice and the truck was clean. Getting charged $27 because the tank was at 50% instead of 60% grinds my gears but that’s a corporate issue I’m sure. Just seems steep. I’ll throw my buddy a fifty for his truck next time.

Horrible place to store your belongings. We have had our unit less then a month. Employees broke lock and let someone into our unit, they stole half of our stuff. Employees couldn’t get their story straight so now it’s in the hands of the police. And our stuff “coincidentally showed up” after filing police report.I will never use uhaul again, sketchy staff.
