This U-Haul is clearly no longer in business because I called on 4-28-23 at 3p.m. at least 10 times the phone was picked up no one replied and then hung up on me when I called back the phone line was then busy again and again.

Best experience we’ve ever had with U Haul. Our ordered equipment was not available so they didn’t charge us for a ‘fill in’ replacement. When turning back in the truck and equipment they had also adjusted our bill. Wow - any need for a smaller U Haul, especially in the West Valley area, go there. They will take care of you.
