Bought a pair os shoes 5/20/24 I went on lunch tried them on and bought two other scrub tops. The sole on the right shoe was torn flapping like the shoe talks. I went back with receipt for an exchange of same exact pair of shoes and size. The manager was rude and said she will Not exchange for the same pair. After 17 years of my business did not expect them to be so rude. Even if u have a receipt no return or exchange just a shady business.

Loved the selection, I'm plus size, my daughter is not. Found large selection for us both. Even found a set for my granddaughter. Girl was helpful and courteous. Large selection and solid pricing. I'll be back.

I would like to start by saying I use to buy majority of my scrubs here because the customer service was fabulous. However, my recent experience was absolutely terrible. I was the only person in the store, I voluntarily put the items I knew I was getting on the counter, but I was still followed around and treated like I was some kind of delinquent. I was the only person in the store and had one item in my hand and the associate told me I could not enter the dressing room until she put a tag on the door. I understand this is probably store policy but it’s important to treat your customers with respect and I felt completely disrespected. Then as I am checking out I read the return policy and it states absolutely no returns. I was buying pants for my husband who is not able to get to the store within their store hours. They stated due to “covid” this is their policy. I hate to support big chain but the reason I come to small businesses is for the customer service that cooperations are lacking. I suggest they lift their “covid” policy seeing most every other place of business is taking returns or perhaps extend your hours and be open 7 days a week if you require people to try on before they buy. I will never shop here again.

Wrong item scrubs were placed by employees, and they “are not able” to exchange as they “no longer have records” of my order. I have not had had the greatest experience with them in the past. Guess it’s not worth shopping local, will continue shopping with other online companies in the future.

Here on Saturday, it's 12:18, and the store is closed. Temp hours are 11-4 so I'm not sure why they're closed. Drove an hour here.

The gal who helped me was so fantastic, her customer service was on point and then some. She spent a lot of time helping me pick out some shoes as well as pants, she even looked online to see if they could order the specific color I wanted. Highly recommend here !
