The employees at this store clearly hate their jobs. It’s not difficult to be kind and not treat people like they’re less than you. The male employee that helped me at this location should really be coached on their poor customer service.

Was in yesterday afternoon and there was an elderly man who wanted to ship something back but had no idea who sent it to him and what his item was. He was very confused and agitated but the young man helping him was patient, kind, and respectful to him. Customer service at it's finest, way to go!

Fantastic local service! Manager Kelsey and her team, Emily and Mak, went above and beyond to help me resolve a shipping issue that was completely out of their control. Their professionalism and commitment to finding a solution was impressive. In a society where most things are done over the phone or on a computer it is nice that you can go in and speak to a real person who cares enough to find solutions to problems.

because the ups store on 72nd and tieton is one of the friendliest places to ship your packages, they are always there to answer any of your questions or at least they try.

I have had a mailbox here for about six months and I have visited during busy and slow periods. I have been impressed every time. The staff are very friendly without compromising their efficiency. Even when the line snakes around inside the store, it moves quickly. Kudos to management for putting together a competent and awesome staff!
