This has to be the worst bank I’ve ever been to. Super rude employees with horrible customer service skills especially in the drive thru. They don’t even deserve one star. Time to switch banks.

Our experience with US Bank at this location is excellent. The CSR who helped us is very professional. She is knowledgeable. We got helped right away. She helped us setup the mobile app, offered, informed us with the services/products of US Bank.

SLOW AS MOLASSES. Avoid this location at all costs, unless you have extra time to sit in their drive through for 30-45 minutes. Horrible service
