This has to be the worst bank I’ve ever been to. Super rude employees with horrible customer service skills especially in the drive thru. They don’t even deserve one star. Time to switch banks.

Our experience with US Bank at this location is excellent. The CSR who helped us is very professional. She is knowledgeable. We got helped right away. She helped us setup the mobile app, offered, informed us with the services/products of US Bank.

I have never left a review in my life but this location has the worst customer service habits that I’ve ever experienced. I have been to every U.S. bank in this town and elsewhere with zero problems. I do not even know how it is still open. I’ve had bad experience after bad experience at this location to many times now for a place we put faith in with our money. No business or employee is perfect everyday but there is a limit to how many times a bank branch can be negligent of people’s time and money. ATMs that they solely want you to use now are overworked and have issues quite often. Be prepared to wait for the ATM to tell you it can’t process your request and then go back around if depositing cash or checks. Also if you have cash make sure it’s not windy because the ATM spits the cash back out at you if you will be depositing in the ATM. Also no mater how long you wait in their drive thru they will shut that window down and turn lights out and not spend a minute past 5. Even if you spent 45 min in line. They will ignore you and no matter how important the deposit is they tell you to use ATM even if your card had been stolen and you had no way to access your account thru the ATM! And I suggest if this location wants to be slow and unhelpful and to busy to take a potential new customer with a new account that they stay open a hour later because they seriously struggle with the earlier closing time they adopted during covid. Of any business I’ve ever been to this bank needs to readjust their hours to fit their customers needs. I mean it’s all of our hard earned money they are handling and dealing with we all should require them to do better!!!Sincerely20 year customer

My card was invalidated due to me not receiving a replacement card, I explained the situation and the teller insisted repeatedly that the card I had in my possession was functioning properly. It was not, 3 agents and two hours later an agent confirmed what was wrong. I then had to drive to a different branch to get a temporary replacement, something not offered to me at this branch because after all, the invalid card I had should be "working fine". In total it took 5 agents and 3 hours for someone to listen to me and remedy the situation.

SLOW AS MOLASSES. Avoid this location at all costs, unless you have extra time to sit in their drive through for 30-45 minutes. Horrible service

We (Unfortunately) do all our banking through this clown show of a bank. Their lobby closes at 4pm and the drive through is always backed up with at least ten cars as they have literal sloths running the window that have no sense of urgency. We attempted to withdrawal $7700 and they let us know they didn’t have enough cash on hand to allow for this and would only give us $5000. No one I know has ever had this issue at any other bank and were actually astounded that this happened to us. Are we in the Great Depression or something? It’s great to know all the money we have in savings and checking accounts really isn’t there as they don’t have the cash to back it. We will be switching banks as soon as possible. The reviews for this branch and bank in general speak for themselves

I'm not sure what's going on at this branch.I've visited this branch 3 times in the last 4 months - each time I am met with uninspired customer service and unexplainable wait times. This last visit I waited for 40 minutes for drive thru service... When it was my turn, I was changing out $80 cash for $80 in quarters... It took roughly 10 minutes to make this happen.Not sure what is happening behind the scenes. It feels like there could be ways to expedite a few processes with the drive thru servicing.I understand they want people to use mobile or online banking, but some aspects of banking are only possible in person. Hope to re-review in the future with higher stars due to better/more efficient services!

Just sat half an hour with 2 cars in front of me, they were both helped and when I got to the window they closed it. I'm now going to have a late fee cause i wasn't able to pay my credit payment.

Great bank to bank with. Customer service is above great, and they are always happy to serve your. With friendly service and fast moving lines, makes you just want hang out in the lobby. Every time i go in, they remember your name, and welcome you with a friendly smile, and laughs, and kindness. Every associate is makes you feel like coming backs and doing business with them. They answer all your questions, and make you feel like family. Best Bank in Yakima in my book. Have a great 2020.

I waited for 20min driving by the drive through to deposit money! I don't know what seems to always take them forever and this is an issue it happens monday-Friday.. . !!!
