I had a really bad experience at this branch, I went with my sister in law (who has an account there) and bankers were very rude, not only with us but with other people in line as well. they are not helpful at all! and not only that, it takes forever for a check to get cleared. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM.
my sis in law will cancel her account as soon as her check is cleared

I was told my direct deposit would not clear until the following Monday only to find out that my funds were available. I withdrew 800 from ATM outside the store.

We waited for the branch to open Saturday and then they didn't open the front desk and put a hand written note on the door saying drive up only. We are changing bank asap.

Almost 20 years with this bank and I am very disappointed with today's visit the teller was very rude I don't understand how a person like that can work there. Im about to cancel my account and look for a better option..

Sh”t reviews and they could care less. Poor management. At least get your phones to work and update your hours on google. It’s easy.

Bad service, I was waiting in line for an hour and 15 minutes and as soon as I arrived they closed the window, they should let me know that they will no longer serve you so you are not waiting that long.

NIGHTMARE!!!! The ATM has problems 9 out of 10 times you go there. You either can't deposit or can't withdrawal any of your money!!!! It's a piece of garbage. Also, the bank as a whole tends to try and scam you out of your money. They make up overdraft fees that are INACCURATE and just keep adding fees up. I would rather set my cash on fire than ever bank there. It's the WORST bank in the industry. This bank scammed me out of a lot of money before I was able to get away from them. Stay far away or give them money you don't want back. Once again, I'd rather set mine on fire than give it to them.
