Very bad service from this cellular phone company since I got service
There is never service, it has never taken the Internet, calls drop, very bad service, but they are good to charge for the service you don’t use
I’m very disappointed with your cell phone company.
The best service you can have is with Verizon 😡

Do not recommend. Asked some young kid to place a $70 screen protector. Thinking they guaranteed there work. It was obvious right away He messed up. He gave it to me with bubbles, saying it's meant to look like that. Then made me buy a new one (with a 7-10 day proccesing refund) when I said it was not. He started typing to his co worker on a chat instead of placing the new one I had to buy. Sorry but it could have waited. He was obviously talking about my unhappiness. I told him he was more then welcome to talk to her outloud or wait till I leave. Any time I have gone to this location it is always young kids that stay on there phone and talk while customers are trying to be serviced. Unprofessional, additude, no customer service skills.

If I could give this US Cellular 0 stars, I would. They told me a WiFi box would be free and it wasn’t, theyre making me pay it monthly. DON’T go to this US CELLULAR!!!

Back story: I had issues with cell service in a specific area, so I had the SIM card replaced. SIM card stopped working after 5 days.I came to this location to get the failed SIM card replaced. They tried to convince me that the issue was my phone & wanted to discuss upgrades. Then they tried to set up an appointment to have my phone examined because they were certain that it was my phone.They finally relented and replaced the SIM card... and I had service again within 5 minutes.They're more interested in making a sale than taking care of the customer. Will never return to this location.
