If I could give this US Cellular 0 stars, I would. They told me a WiFi box would be free and it wasn’t, theyre making me pay it monthly. DON’T go to this US CELLULAR!!!

Back story: I had issues with cell service in a specific area, so I had the SIM card replaced. SIM card stopped working after 5 days.I came to this location to get the failed SIM card replaced. They tried to convince me that the issue was my phone & wanted to discuss upgrades. Then they tried to set up an appointment to have my phone examined because they were certain that it was my phone.They finally relented and replaced the SIM card... and I had service again within 5 minutes.They're more interested in making a sale than taking care of the customer. Will never return to this location.

Does it seriously take 30+ minutes to be on hold and be transferred to talk to a manager?!! Ridiculous. I am a very patient person but having to wait that long on the phone indicates the quality of how poor their customer service really is. ?

I have never ever been treated so rudely on the phone!!! First they send me to tech support with a guy named Iyele that was so rude and me to me!!! Then I call the local office and was treated the same way!! Problem not salved and they cared less . Done with them!! So dumb with so many other companies out there!!

We've been customers with US Cellular 20+ years. Today's experience was an experiment in tolerance, which failed miserably. We were returning the 2 iPhones we had financed on Saturday. Hated both phones. Wanted to exchange them for 2 LG's. We were successful with 1 of the 2. After spending 3+ hours there Saturday and another 2+ hours today, I'm informed that in order to get the 2nd phone (mine) I'll have to come back tomorrow (because their computer system sucks). Do you have any idea how aggravated I am? #beyondirritated #uscellneedstogettheiracttogether ?????
