Completely rude workers. My girlfriend went in for her first accident and being clueless with how insurance works she went in asking for a estimate which the insurance company asked for the day prior. They then started treating her like she was a moron and talked down to her about things she knew nothing of and was only following what the insurance agent told her. I'd highly recommend any other shop.

This shop was "recommended" since they do "great work", but my car was in an accident back in March and went in from my insurance to cover damages. It has been a little less than 3 months with no movement, we called and sent email after email (they told us they never got our emails but after a couple calls replied to our emails a day later) with no update, since a part is on "back order". We called and they told us that they thought we would be getting the part they needed, we told them that is their job. Why should be looking since they are being paid to do the job. We insisted on even getting after market parts just so we can get our vehicle back. We are still waiting for them to return us our vehicle. This place is a joke, do not go here, go somewhere else for better customer service and faster deliverability.Service: Body & Trim

I purchased my 2019 Nissan Pathfinder in 2021 in new condition with only 4K miles on it. This vehicle, like all my vehicles is kept in immaculate condition. I needed to have some warranty bodywork done And since there was no authorize Nissan body shops in the Yakima area, Valley Auto body agreed to do the work under warranty. It required the roof panel to be replaced. The body shop had my vehicle approximately a month and a half. When I got my vehicle back on a Friday afternoon and with a quick overlook looked fine. Over the weekend my husband and I began finding scratches, buffer burns & residue and touch up paint all over the side panels of the vehicle. On Monday morning my husband took it back to review with the body shop manager Steve. As my husband was reviewing with Steve, Steve became very defensive and rude saying that the vehicle had a great deal of wear and tear that they were trying to fix. Despite informing Steve we had photos taken by a 3rd party body shop only a couple days prior to going into his shop, showing there was absolutely no scratches or damages on this car whatsoever. My husband has over 60 years experience as a body man/manager and 25 years as an auto insurance appraiser He definitely knew the damages we were seeing were caused by improperly covering/protecting the panels that were not being repaired. This resulted in dozens of vertical scratches all over the sides of the car. The shop tried to buff, poorly at that, and add touch up paint all over my new car! There was now a hole in the headliner which they denied, scratches all over the interior panels were parts were laid, car was filthy since it had sat in their dirt lot in back for weeks, etc. there were multiple delays , several excuses why wasn’t completed when promised. The damages go on and on to the tune of over $9000 our insurance company is now having to pay to repair these damages. Even our insurance company and the new body shop are in awe of what they are seeing. My husband contacted the owner of Valley auto body to see if matter could be addressed/resolved and was rudely treated in a three minute phone conversation that he is just going to just believe his body shop manager. Not even professional enough to arrange a meeting or inspection of vehicle to review our concerns. I would not recommend this body shop to anybody! They were very unprofessional in all aspects of this experience.

I took my car in for an insurance claim. My passenger door had been backed into. I got my car back and noticed greasy fingerprints on my visor and grab bar. The back seat had a row of rust like lines across it. I called back and told them about them. I had to take my car back for them to finish some trim work. I was told they would clean it then.My car was dropped off and I called to remind them of the stains. She stated that the were "addressing" the problem. When I picked up my car I noticed my visor and grab bar were clean, so I left.I stopped for groceries and opened my back door and the rusty looking marks are still across the seat.I had cleaned my car the day before I initially took it in. I had a couple marks but not those.I am not looking for a detail job I would like them to clean up the mess they made.Service: Body & Trim

The shop agreed to do warranty repair work on my like new 2019 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum. 15k miles. The roof needed to be replaced and shop assured us they were very capable of doing the work. After 4months in the shop, when we picked up my car, only to find that the shop caused extensive additional damages to my car. It is extremely evident these damages were caused by improperly protecting the vehicle/sides while doing the roof replacement , causing vertical scratches along each side, which they actually had audacity to put touch up paint on my car like I wouldn't notice! They damaged the interior, front bumper, hole in headliner, it goes on and on to the tune of $9k in damages! Their poor attempts to hide the damages made the situation even more insulting. When my husband confronted the shop immediately the following business day, the manager had the gall to say, "that is all normal wear and tear" on our car that only has 15k miles on it! My husband who has been an auto damage appraiser and body man for over 60 years was apparently mistaken as to the cause of the damages. Really??!! Well, now we'll let our insurance go after them for the costs to fix the mess they have made of my beautiful car. I don't anticipate insurance having any problem, since we have photographic proof, from a neutral 3rd party body shop, that closely inspected & photographed the vehicle only one week prior to being picked up/moved to this shop! Besides the poor work quality, they are liars and absolutely lack honesty & integrity.

I must say I have dealt with a lot of businesses and this is one I will never go back to or recommendMy dad was rear ended in his dodge 2500It took out his bumper and tow hitchThey ordered the wrong hitch the first time, then upon him picking his truck up he noticed they put the the wrong one on againHis hitch is one used to tie down his camper, but Steve kept telling him they were not availableI went ahead and sent him some I found online as he instructed me to do and then he fails to respond or communicateA week before my dad needs to use his truck and camper I get ahold of Steve again and let him know that my dad will be needing his truck with the correct hitch in order to tie down his camperHe proceeds to tell me now that he’s gotta get ahold of the adjuster and see if they will pay for the correct oneIf they would’ve got the right one in the first place my dad wouldn’t be in this situationNot to mention Steve was Very rude on the phoneI wouldn’t recommend these guys to anyone

My car came in from my insurance to cover damages , I just got my car back two weeks ago and now my car randomly is over heating and the coolant is full , super depressing and upsetting. When my cars been here months for work and when I get it back I’m still having issues with it ? What’s the point in paying so much money if I can’t even use my car because the job wasn’t done correctly . Horrible feeling being stuck again!!! And having to open yet another insurance claim !! Don’t waste your time or money here .Services: Body & Trim

After my car’s bumper panel had come off, Valley Auto Body secured the panel to my car and gave me an estimate for repairs. But then I choose to return to a local dealership, where I’d previously had work done, to have the repairs completed. When that dealership didn’t fix the problem adequately, and the bumper panel again snapped while driving on the highway a few weeks later, I returned to Valley Auto Body for the second time. At that time, I paid $753.34 to get everything fixed by Valley.A few weeks after that, I was driving on the highway and the bumper panel snapped again, began to drag on the ground, and damaged both quarter panels. By the next morning, the panel had come off completely. I returned to Valley Auto Body for the third time, believing that panel had not been fixed correctly on my previous visit to the shop. I met with an estimator and explained what had happened. The estimator said no, that this couldn’t have happened, that I’d run into something. When I denied that I’d run into anything, he said then I’d probably hit a curb. I told him no, that hadn’t happened either. The estimator continued to argue and I told him I wasn’t there to argue and asked him to remove the part that was dragging. Then I went in and spoke to a nice woman at the desk and requested a copy of the work Valley had previously done on my car. I explained to the woman that the estimator had been quite rude with me and had basically accused me of lying to him. The woman said that there was no supervisor available to speak with, as the body shop supervisor was on vacation and wouldn’t be back for a week. However, she said she’d let a supervisor know about my issue. After leaving Valley that day, I waited to hear back from someone. After three days of not hearing from anyone, I called Valley back and spoke to a supervisor who said that the body shop manager was still out, but that the supervisor I was speaking with would get the estimator, the woman from the front desk, and the body shop manager together to discuss what had happened, and that they would get back to me.It’s now been more than two weeks and I haven’t heard anything from Valley and my car is still not fixed.I feel the initial work done by Valley was faulty, and that there may be bigger structural issues,, or maybe the manufacturer parts were substituted by a generic brand, as two different shops had been unable to adequately fix my car.I’m very disappointed with the attitude of the estimator and lack of professionalism at Valley Body Shop. At the very least, Valley could have communicated with me to let me know that they couldn’t or wouldn’t fix the issue.

The folks at Valley Auto Body helped shepherd me through the sometimes bewildering process of getting my rear-ended Toyota Prius repaired. They dealt with the insurance company after my initial claim, they repaired it to "new" condition, and they kept in touch with me throughout the process. Great service...always with a smile. Five stars!
