Be very weary of this storage complex. They continue to keep raising rent of storage every year. They have raised the price twice within the last 3 years. We recently moved out of the complex left and will not be coming back.

I got a storage unit here not that long ago and I am loving it! The move in day process was super easy, they had all the paperwork ready and had one employee show me to the unit and even helped me fill out the forms to save us time. They allow you to borrow a hand truck on your move in day, it was extremely convenient. This was no problem for us with their Saturday hours. The gates are open 7 days a week, including holidays. The security seems good, I have no fear for my possessions. The after hours access is the major game changer. I’ve been able to stop after work, after dinner with friends, weekends, etc. and their location right off 12 Hwy makes it a quick trip from when I’m coming from West Valley, Selah, Lower Valley. So stress free- will continue to use Value Lock Storage, even though I don’t live very close to them.

I had some of my belongings there for the past six years & had nothing less than excellent service & results. Yesterday, I cleaned-out my unit. Lorne, the manager, went out of his way to keep communications open & coordinate with me, over a period of a few days prior to my arrival. I no longer had my key, so he cut off my lock, when I arrived. I had no more need for several items, so he allowed me to leave them in the unit, with one of their locks, because they arrange for leftover items to be picked up by & donated to local charities. He prepared all of my closing paperwork ahead of time & had it ready when I arrived, including immediately processing my security deposit refund. Besides being very friendly & helpful, Lorne was proficient & professional, exemplifying true customer service. I highly recommend Value Lock Storage!

We recently moved my aunt and this place has been great in storing her stuff. It's conveniently right by her house and the staff is always so friendly and nice. It such easy access for her to pull up to her storage and easy for her to get in and out of the gated area. Not to mention, the pricing was right for her as well since she is on a budget. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in the area. A+!

Picture this: Your garage is full. Your shed is so stuffed it's about to burst. You just had a filling Thanksgiving dinner and your buttons are about to pop-off.
