“Safety: Be aware of scam phone calls to your room, pretending to be someone from the hotel and asking for credit card details. Probably not the hotel's fault, but they should do a better job of informing guests about this scam. The calls come in late at night and early in the morning so you're woken up by the call and potentially more confused and half asleep. I hope the hotel is working to make their phone system more secure to prevent this from happening in the future.”
