“I cannot thank this whole clinic enough, ever since I have been bringing my rescue here they have gone above and beyond with her care. Today we had a scare and I needed to get her (Lumalee) seen as soon as possible and I was met with kindness and accommodation from everyone on staff. Even in the past when they couldn’t take her in an emergency they gave me other clinics to reach out to and they were incredibly kind and apologetic (no apologies necessary, especially with how busy they are). Today they gave my girl the best care and love and I left her at the clinic for hours knowing she was in the best hands and that she was going to be okay. I love this clinic so much and I am incredibly grateful that they care so deeply.”

“I have taken all my animals here to be spayed, 6 cats total, with absolutely no problems. Included with a spay or neuter of a kitten or cat is the spay or neuter, 1st set of shots, rabies shot and microchip. All for $99.00 ($25 if you qualify for assistance) Dog are only $149.00 for the same thing, including a reduced voucher if you qualify. The income qualifications are very generous to qualify for a voucher. The animal gets delivered in the morning around 6 and you pick them up around 4:30.”

“UPDATE!!!!!!!! I needed to get my dog back in for quite intense allergies. The entire staff from receptionist to the vet assistant to the doctor were flawless. The doctor sat down and really walked us through everything. He even joined my dog on the floor to examine him. each staff member took the time to make sure I understood everything. I do not believe I could have been any happier. Thank you, Airport West Animal Clinic… I will be back. The doctors recommendation and medication worked perfectly for my dog. However, I do not like that isn’t an exam table in the room and that they have to take my dog to the back. They tried but returned very soon after because he was very anxious. I told them I have extensive experience with dogs and understand my dogs behavior very well. The Dr told me he wanted to muzzle my dog and I said absolutely not he has NEVER needed to be muzzled . The doctor said if I feel like I am in danger we’re gonna have to put a muzzle on him. And I absolutely respected that and said if you feel threatened, you can put a muzzle on my dog. Of course he was able to examine my dog completely without any issues and he said well that went well. I understand that not all people can handle their dogs or have extensive knowledge or experience. But I think it’s important that they need to listen to the owners, especially when they are presenting themselves as a professional. The doctor was very abrupt and did not have good bedside manners. However, his recommendation did work very well for my dog so I am thankful for that. I do not feel that I will return because I do not like that there’s not an exam table in the room and that they separate dog from owner. I understand why. I understand that dogs do not necessarily react well with their owners in the room. But the doctor should’ve taken the time to get to know and understand my dog. The front desk staff was a little more friendly than the doctor.”
