Originally, I had given 2/5, the service had always been great but the management of workers led to long wait times. However, since I had made that review, I have noticed a change in how they handle their lines, and I think it's been a great improvement so I am changing my review to reflect that.

Irene was very rude. I came here this evening to deposit money on to my account, she tried snatching the phone from my hand to scan the barcode which I didn't appreciate. She was hostile towards me and made me feel very uncomfortable.

Just moved here and tried to get refills from prescription I have with my former Walgreens (forced to go there bc of my insurance). My visit confirms that Walgreens is one of the worst pharmacies out there. Not only are they prices ridiculously high, when you tried to get a cheaper option they don’t even carry it.

Horribly disrespectful staff, they put you on hold for 30 minutes then pick up the phone to hang it up, give hella attitude at the window, roll their eyes when you ask questions, they're extremely slow to the point where you wait 30-45 minutes just to get given attitude and disrespect. Ridiculous. Fire the new woman working the pharmacy. She sucks.

The pharmacy is ridiculous. I worked in pharmacies for YEARS and have NEVER heard of this: my son’s insurance doesn’t cover his medication so I said I’ll just pay for it, no big deal right? Oh no! If insurance doesn’t cover it then I cannot just pay for it! They refused to sell his prescription! Tell me how that makes any sense??? Also, it’s day 2 of waiting for it to be ready! We called and finally were told it’s almost done just for us to go up there and be told we can’t pay for it. It’s Saturday and we can’t just call the Dr and have it transferred somewhere else like they said to do. He needs his damn medicine!!! I’m unbelievably livid over this!!!

Today i transferred all of my Prescriptions from walgreens to another pharmacy due to WALGREENS failures to keep my medications filled on time or even filled properly they have forgotten and not filled completely only to run out early and medicate would not fill the remainder till next month .The customer services are poor and when you complain you get treated even worseDo yourself a favor dont go to WALGREENS STORES in Yakima WashingtonThey do have a full line ofCigarettes and Alcohol right up front for your convenienceThe Pharmacy however is lacking in not being able to fill a prescription two months in a row with out problems.Bottom line stay away from WALGREENS in yakima Washington. Constantly to many issuesWish i could be writing better but only one or two of the Employees are great and the rest of them just ruine it .

Pete who works nights in the pharmacy is a life saver. The company is so lucky to have him. A panicked call ended in a smile and relief. Will be contacting corporate so Pete gets the recognition he deserves.
