I need the boss or owner to read this on may 10th the pharmacist said rudely after sitting quietly on the phone breath hard this was at 1030 we had done the automatic refill and said it would be ready today and the did the weird thing on the phone and said before six.so we wait tell 5 and the rudely refused to do what is legal and give me my mens now they want me to wait to abuse there power in there pathetic lill live abuse of power this happens to me by they same people every month themake me call and say snyd coments a laugh about me needed my medicine then they lie again and make me wait longer. Owners please fire or yell at theses horrible people if there doing it to my there's alot more the date and time I put in here for you so you know who the are please stop them

This is like one of my favorite stores but they NEED to hire more employees. Every time I go there is only one cashier and the line is ridiculous, I'm sure it stresses out the employees because it stresses me out watching.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. They have horrible communication (e.g., not telling you that they are only giving you some of the medications you need), incompetence or lying (e.g., multiple people saying they’ll do something but none do, even the manager), and the customer service is worse (e.g., no apology or even empathy when they mess up). 48 hrs later and I still don’t have my medication that’s supposed to be taken within 48 hrs.
Also, if you want to transfer a prescription because they can’t fill it, that will not happen. Our other pharmacy called 3 times, we called and waited on hold until they “did it”, and surprise, surprise it’s still not done. Really is the worst experience you can find.

I would give this place a zero star if I could. Pharmacy staff are rude and unhelpful. I tried getting my prescription for an entire day when they said it wasn’t ready yet and to keep checking back, just to find out at 7:30 pm they didn’t even have it. At that point it was too late to transfer it somewhere else so I could get it. I was from out of town and heading home the next day. I then tried the next day to transfer it to another pharmacy back home and they wouldn’t. Multiple calls and waiting on hold over 35 minutes multiple times. One of the times I called she wrote down all the information and said she would do it right away for me and call the pharmacy I needed it moved over to because they tried calling twice and couldn’t get through. No one answers the phone there! It never got done. Finally I talked to the pharmacy manager and she was no nicer. Not one sorry, just a rude attitude and unmotivated to help. Such a rude lady. Here I am 3 days later on a prescription I needed to take within the first 48 hours and now it’s too late to take it anymore. Thanks Walgreens, I hope if you need a time sensitive prescription you don’t have to go through what I have had to go through at your pharmacy. This is not okay, I don’t even know how they can legally be in business like this. Do better Walgreens. I will not be back.

Worst place ever. Would give zero stars if I could. Slowest people ever. I'm switching pharmacies. For 3 years everytime I get a text saying my prescriptions are ready for pickup, they are not! There has not been one time where they are ready. This time it said they were ready 11 days ago. Came to pick up and said it would be 1 hour till ready. I am done!

Photo center has completely crashed within a year. I ordered two gift items, was told they would be ready at a certain time. Four hours later I called the photo center and they said the prints were done, they just needed to be assembled. I asked for an eta and they responded with “we’ll just call you.” That irritated me so I called and spoke with a manager and was fed a line about their “cutter” being broken and they were really backed up. She didn’t ask for any of my information about my order just went with the broken cutter bit. Last Christmas, 2023, I ordered photo gifts in a pinch during the holidays and it was a totally different experience, everything was ready within an hour, professional and friendly staff, etc. As a manager myself, I know that customers do not like excuses and I feel like I was given one just to get me off the phone. Not impressed.

Don't call in a prescription you will be on hold for 20 min or more. I was on hold just now for 32 mins. Recording kept saying sorry there's one caller before you..

The worst pharmacy and service I've ever used. Had an Rx sent in on Monday, wife came to pick up Tuesday and it wasn't filled yet. I came back on Thursday and it still hadn't been filled!? Both times we were given some excuse about how busy they are and how many prescriptions they have to fill at this location and invited us to use another pharmacy if waiting 4 days was too much of an inconvenience! Never using that location again.

Pharmacy is just sad! Everyone who works here is unprofessional and how they talk to costumers is rude. If you depend on your medication this is the last place you wanna do a pick up. For me didn’t matter since my medication isn’t to important but witnessing how they talk to others is no good.

When I picked Walgreens for my pharmacy, it was because I was under the impression a well-known chain would be consistent with filling my prescriptions / I wouldn't have any issues - I had good experiences with competitors and I expected Walgreens to meet the bare minimum.
Boy were my standards high! Constant delays on refilling prescriptions, I've struggled to get one very common/basic prescription filled for over 3 months-- not because of any insurance issue-- but because Walgreens didn't have it in stock / were not being supplied. Not only that, on several occasions they have randomly canceled refill requests without notifying me, adding a further delay to getting medication I'm already low on. At one point they allegedly lost my insurance information too ... I had been with them a few months and it was established in their system, so I don't know what happened there!!
Rated 2 stars since I've never had an issue with the workers directly, they've always been friendly during my calls and pickup visits.
Unfortunately, I've since filed for pharmacy divorce and am in a custody battle for transferring my prescriptions. Fingers crossed the next place does better!
