Their customer service is good however the way that self pick up charges your account and then cancels your order is not convenient it puts a hold on your money for 10 days and for people that live paycheck to paycheck this is not okay Walmart needs to fix this issue

Walmart you should pay attention to the employees you hire. A very angry little man in customer service proceeded to yell at me today and call me names because i had questions about product you had in your back room. Why do you keep the playing cards back in customer service if people cant ask questions or look at the cards? He is the worst customer service agent you have and he single handedly made it so I will never be back again. Damn Walmart first you gouge prices and now even the people you hire are disgusting tyrants. Good Job!

It's walmart. They always have everything we need at very competitive prices. This store is our favorite. People are so nice and helpful. Store is clean, uncluttered aisles.

Half of the stuff is locked in a case so you have to wait 15 minutes to get one simple little thing out of it. Like a light bulb. I could go to the restroom, post three social media videos before I get help with a key. Even the Lego is locked up. And if it's a thing that's not locked in a case and you just need simple help, it takes an extra 20 minutes to find the person that runs that department. From my experience here it's literally bottom of the barrel quality when it comes to service. The only good thing to come out of that place at Walmart in general is certain cells and prices on certain goods.

After dealing with the lazy Customer service guy, the actual manager (Nate) came right in and fixed the issue the csr caused. This is the first time after 14 years of shopping at Walmart in Yakima, that a manager treated the issue with urgency and class! Way to go Nate!! You are the bright point of West Valley Walmart! Thanks for being awesome!

I like the store better then going down town. But the larger alie ways are missing now it is packed up like all walmarts and hard to get around even with a cart. They need less stuff in the store. I now mostly only shope and do the pick up, I hate being inside the store
It is a love/hate relationship.

Never had a problem coming here until I came to return something, older lady was being rude for no reason all becuase she thought I was wrong and I thought I didnt know what I was talking about but later the manager came and figured it out within 2mins. Seen her do the same with other people, please check with another employee if youre not sure. No need for a drama

I have visited several times, about once a month for the past year, to take care of matters for my wife's side of the family.
I was informed by an associate in Electronics last year, the first time I visited, that this Supercenter was one of the first in the area to receive the corporate redesign. At the time, the redesign in Kennewick was not yet finished, so it was very nice to see the end result, to know what to expect.
The layout still remains a bit different compared to Kennewick, but every Supercenter that I've been to is slightly different to each other, so that is to be expected.
That said, I did find the Associates here to be friendly, helpful, and approachable, just as in Kennewick. They didn't always know exactly where everything was, but just like in Kennewick, they were willing to find out and show me.
Despite opinions of the corporation over the years, the Yakima West Valley Supercenter is an wonderful example of what I've come to expect from any Supercenter or other location I've been to: clean, well run, with Associates and management that are friendly and willing to help to the best of their ability.
Until family matters are concluded, at the very least, I will return again and again.
