HORRIBLE experience. I had a valid concern, and when I attempted to express that concern and ask clarifying questions, the teller cut me off and raised her voice at me, speaking to me both aggressively and demeaningly. Shocking, to say the least.

It always takes forever to see a teller at this branch. They are always understaffed. They have a merchant line, but the hours are a joke. If you want to wait in line endlessly at a bank with repeated turnover, this is the place to be.Edit: After I submitted my review, I got a canned reply from their "social care team" asking for a bunch of personal information so that they could escalate the matter to their banking support team. I emailed them as requested but let them know that they do not need my personal information to talk with the branch manager and figure out how to fix this long-standing problem. Their social media crew refused to do anything. Looks like they are more concerned with appearances than customer satisfaction. They just wasted more of my time.

It just bothers me when the bank tellers ask what im getting our money out for or what my money is for. Otherwise each bank teller tries to get to know each of the customers onto a personal level which helps out in the long run

I regret opening an account at this bank.Have never helped me one time with what I needed. Worthless.The appointments are booked out more than a week. Just maybe if the employees would spend more time helping the customers they could actually do the job they were hired to do in a timely manner. What a joke.Stand in line for an hour, to be told you can do it on app. Never took the time to understand what I needed done. And it can't be done on the app. Lady if I could do what I want to do on the app do you think for one minute I would be standing here in front of you. I just shook my head and walked out. Time to find a different bank that cares about the customers and actually can do there job.

Stay away from Wells Fargo the mortgage Dept add extra charges then won't explain why and hang up after waiting on hold for hours. Never use them they are terrible!
