Had a issue with my Ram and they got me in same day. Very friendly staff and the work was done very fast. Price was exactly as quoted. This will be my go to repair place from now on. I highly recommend them!

Their service is amazing! They even work on European cars which is great! I always appreciate they ask how everything was a couple days after the service they have done to your vehicle. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

These guys are great! I have taken every vehicle I own to them. They are always great about getting and out quickly. They do really great work. Will continue to use them. I also like the way the follow up and make sure everything is going great with the repairs. If I could give more stars I would.

They got my car in same day and got a long list of things done within 2.5 hours definitely a great mechanic shop and the front receptionists were awesome aswell.

Westside's care was outstanding! I had what turned out to be a very minor issue that they fixed quickly.... and didn't charge me for because it turned out to be so small. I will always take my vehicles to Westside because of this kind of care!

10/10 this shop did a diagnostic on my car and gave me a very in depth brake down of what my car needed. office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, i couldn’t be more grateful to have found a shop i trust.

I have been bringing my 06 corvette in to Westside for a couple of years now, they have always been completely up front about pricing, walk you through the work that needs to be done and are quick and easy to schedule with.
I trust Westside with my car because I feel they are truly invested in doing a good job for their clients and I've never had any issues with their work.
I brought my car in earlier today with faulty 12v ports and they replaced the fuses for them free of charge, which I am very grateful for.
Maria at the front desk always does a fantastic job, super friendly and explains the work needed to be done to your car extremely clearly. 5/5 best workshop in Yakima

Brad, the owner, is super honest.
He and his team fit me in all the time. They get me quotes fast. They offer competitive pricing. They explain things as needed.
This is my first and only Google review. I just wanted to thank him and his team.
I have taken my vehicles to him since 2017 or so.

These people tried charging me $2800 for a piece that cost me $15, I never leave reviews good or bad but when I found out what was actually wrong with my vehicle and how much it was gonna cost me I just couldn’t let these people get away with it. They are probably scamming people left and right!
