We just purchased a pickup at Yakima Automotive. They made it a quick and easy process. They payment plan is incredible! We puthalf down and have a zero percent interest loan for 1 year on the remainder. The monthly payment is reduced so I can choose to pay more monthly and pay it off in a year or do a balloon payment at the end of the year. This on top of the fact we got a good deal price wise. When we need new tires they suggested checking around and they will beat the price. We are considering using them as our car service home.

We purchased a car from here and it was an incredible experience… anytime you buy a used car the fear of what’s under the hood is always in the back of your mind… the car we purchased was very clean, well priced and had been thoroughly gone through and repaired… after purchasing the vehicle and being very happy with the deal we drove it off the lot… within the first week we had two mechanical issues (expected with a used car) we contacted the seller and they told us to bring it back ASAP and they repaired the car no questions asked… they are genuine people and take pride in the cars they sell, they are honest and work with you… the SUV we purchased from them is a great car and serves us well for what we need.

Hit a deer going 60mph. Walter and everyone a yakima automotive and collision was fantastic, super responsive, and timely. Took 2 weeks, but the damage was extensive so that made sense. My car looks and drives like it never happened. I’m so relieved and grateful. Thank you!!

My husband and I were looking for a used car for me and we ran across Yakima Automotive and Collision. Walter opened his shop on a Saturday just so we could look at a used car he had. He went out of his way to help us make it all go smoothly. We ended up getting the car and I really like it. Y.A.C. is the place to go if you want good customer service.

Front bumper replacement- amazing work! Looks brand new. We hit the holidays so it took a little longer than expected to get the car back but overall very satisfied.

Staff was welcoming, hit a deer in my truck and they got my truck fixed within 2 1/2 weeks and only took that long because of holidays. They were able to put a steel bumper on and it looks fantastic! Everywhere else I called either wouldn’t answer or had a wait list over 1-2 weeks out before it could even get in. Highly recommend them they got my truck in day after I called them. Thank you for all you guys did!!

I had an accident, damaging the front end of my truck. I called my insurance’s preferred repair companies. Neither of them were taking vehicle that were needing a tow. I then called Yakima Automotive and Collision. They made the process easy. They came and picked up my truck, and worked with the insurance company. The results look great! Very pleased.
