If I could give Device Repair Yakima a higher score, I would. Mike is the absolute best! He took care of my MacBook Air screen in a speedy time and his service is phenomenal he answered all the questions I had. I am glad I found this shop and recommend everyone for any device repair. - Another happy customer.

I took my PC in because I was getting an error message when I turned on my computer and it wouldn’t let me into windows. Mike diagnosed the problem right away and informed me I needed a new motherboard. I don’t know all the much about computers so Mike helped me pick one out. I also asked Mike to put a new video card in for me. He was very good about keeping me up to date on what was happening and he did a great job on the repair. I would highly recommend Device Repair Yakima if you are having PC issues. It also cost less then originally thought.

I thought my phone was beyond saving Mike was able to fix it. Although my laptop was complete trash he tried everything at least and walked me through why it didn't work anymore. I'll definitely recommend Mike for all my video game consol computer and phone repairs. Excellent service

I went in to see if Mike could fix my broken MacBook screen and I was so happy it was something he could do! Not only was the customer service amazing, but he got my laptop back to me in just a couple of days. Price was more than reasonable and I will absolutely be going back with any future device needs!

Only device repair shop on the west side of town. Had Apple Ipad glass repaired. Prices were fair, work was done in a day, works perfectly. Difficult to find in the Westpark shopping area. It is next to Parry Jewelers. Next time you need a screen replaced, take it here, you will be pleased

I was facing a devastating file loss due to an accidental file replacement malfunction, and I was able to restore my file replacement thanks to Mike changing the Txt file value, and restored all my progress! I highly recommend this place!

Mike was such an amazing help when my son ran into an issue with his game data on his phone versus the laptop file. We had tried everything and were so frustrated, but Mike helped my son figure out what to adjust and finally it all worked correctly! The magic touch!
