Well I was on a back road going to work and one of your drivers were near tboning my rear bumper and didn't care if I wrecked or he was in a van wearing an earpod and didn't seem to care and just sped off when I confronted him I was upset cause he almost wrecked me.. I'd like him fired.....

Apparently the VA No longer has a contract through the transportation company we’ve used a handful of times So when I called Medstar this morning to confirm the ride I was on hold off and on for 40 min, they couldn’t find the scheduled ride. They finally found the ride and assured me that they’d show up at the scheduled time. They never showed. I called medstar and was put on a 25 min hold so they could figure out what happened, then the call was disconnected. Called back and

Very well organized training. Starting with hands on wheelchair loading to see if you like this type of work. Upon moving forward, standard drug screen test. Once drug test clears you receive several emails to get the onboarding started. Someone is always available to help if you run into problems or have questions.
