Avoid this place at all cost ,we moved in the first week of april all was fine went to the unit the second week the main security gate was open , come to find out from Amanda the gate does not work right and stays open all day but it works at night , two weeks later we showed up and the main gate was torn down by thieves and about 12 units had been broke into , Amanada with all your cameras did not even know it happened we called yakima PD , we had to go get another storage unit in yakima , rent a truck hire people to help us move , and would she even give a refund for one month , nope she could discount future charges , yea like Iwas going to keep my stuff one more day in that dump

This is by far the most thorough and friendly management I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Neil seems eager to help with any problem that might arise and will take steps to keep things running smoothly with absolutely NO hesitation. Very comfortable here and will probably store here for many years to come. I honestly don't have a single complaint and I highly recommend AGI Self Storage.

The manager here is great!! A small problem accrued with are code and we couldn't open the gate At 12:35AM we still could not get in.so here we go emailing the manger at that time, needless to say we were shocked when he got right back to us ..What a wonderful person he is to go out of his way when he was done for the night. Thank you your a great manAlso the storage units arePerfect and location is great not to mention the price.Thank you AGI Storage,and your local manager

This is a great storage place with brand new units, clean property, easy gate access and very secure location that is fenced in and tucked off the main road. The manager is very professional and accommodating at an affordable price.
