I've been waiting over 10 days for my debit card which is ridiculous in the first place when it was s supposed to be 7 to 10! Then, every other day when I called, they say oh it's no big deal just pay for your purchases on the Apple Pay!! I don't do Apple Pay. I have been at this bank for over 25 years and they treat me like this. Then tell me well just come in and draw out money. Why? All I want is my debit card? Why would a bank treat you like that? I am so disappointed with the people that work there, and the way they treat people like me. I am done.

I used to LOVE this branch. The downtown branch. But the staff nowadays, who handle our money really don't care about the customer. Bottom line. Customers don't call looking for excuses, we look for answers. I do appreciate the friendliness at the 40th ave branch. I'll avoid the downtown branch from now on. When I call, I'll ask to be transferred to the better branch.

By far the worst bank I’ve dealt with no one ever smiles and everyone just stares! Unprofessional and rude is what this bank now stands for but it wasn’t this way before! Can’t wait to see it close!

I have been banking with Yak Fed since 1976 (from my youth). Had my first and second home loans with them. I've never had a problem with any of my accounts. I recommend them completely.

I've been with this bank for 25 years and they have never let me down, these people go above and beyond to make things right for their customers. They know me by name, are fast, friendly, knowledgeable. This is my favorite bank of all time. It doesn't matter what time, what I'm doing, they get the job done! They are secure, and smart with my money. Excellent all the way around, I LOVE THIS BANK!! I like the app too.

I really like the tellers here they are very helpful and friendly. I opened an account a couple of weeks ago and the next time I went in the same teller greeted me - remembered my name after only one interaction, that's some next level customer service! I love that they are local and not a big faceless corporation. Their CD rates are usually pretty competitive also. I would highly recommend.

Wouldn't waste your time banking here. They don't care if they allow hundreds of dollars of charges to go through your account and if you try to close the account to resolve unauthorized charges they threaten to send you to collections when no one in their right mind authorizes charges over 20 times what you even have in the account. Nightmare after nightmare and when you ask what they can do they give you the 'oh well, your problem". Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else.
