We have nothing but good things to say about the Kindercare staff, past and current. We have had our grandson in Kindercare in Yakima for almost 3 years, this will be his last summer. It was a hard transition for him coming from a private and very small daycare to Kindercare. The staff at that time were very caring and Ms. Jenn took him under her wing and treated as her own family. Ms. Kaylee always has a warm smile and good morning, Ms. Karissa and he shared a love for Jack Skellington and Sally. He has transitioned and progressed from one class to another and his current teachers, Mr. Toni and Ms. Ariana, who work with him to make sure he is ready for kindergarten this coming fall. I thank everyone who has worked with him through all his struggles and successes. We are really grateful that we had a place to take him where we did not have worry about the care he is being given. Our oldest went to Yakima KinderCare from 3 months old until he started Kindergarten. When we had our youngest we knew we had to bring him there as well. He is still enrolled and will be until he too, goes to school.
The teachers and management staff at Yakima KinderCare were and are caring, kind, and helpful. They always go above and beyond to make my children feel safe and happy to and ensure us parents feel confident our kids are being cared for.
I get regular updates throughout the day using their app. At pickup the teachers and staff are always eager to share fun stories and highlights of things that happened throughout the day. All staff members (even teachers from other classrooms) greet me and my children by name.
But beyond all of that, Yakima KinderCare is more than childcare. It is a place of learning. Even the infants are engaged and taught with thoughtful, fun and age appropriate lesson plans.
My oldest was able to jump right in to kindergarten with ease. I credit Yakima KinderCare with his readiness and success in school.
It takes a village to raise children and Yakima KinderCare is a huge part of our village.

We absolutely love Yakima KinderCare! The staff is so caring and attentive. I get regular updates about my son throughout the day—when he eats, how much he eats, when he naps, even when he goes to the bathroom. It gives me peace of mind knowing he’s in such a nurturing and communicative environment. The teachers are so kind and thoughtful, and you can tell they really care about the kids. I’m so thankful for the team here and all they do! They also send me pictures of him throughout the day and I love it!!

Our son has been at KinderCare since he turned 1, and now our infant attends as well. We couldn’t be more thankful for the loving care both of our children receive. The teachers are incredible. For our 5 year old, Mr. Toni, Mr. Gil, and Ms. Ariana have been amazing. They are always engaging the kids in fun and educational activities. Our infant is in wonderful hands with Ms. Lucia, Ms. Brooke, and Ms. Clarissa, who are so gentle, attentive, and caring.
We also love the daily reports with photos, meal updates, and activity summaries. It gives us great peace of mind knowing how their day went and what they experienced. Our older son is thriving and more than ready for kindergarten, thanks to the strong foundation KinderCare has provided.

My infants currently attend KinderCare, I’m happy with the care they receive from Ms. Kim and Ms. Dayana. They started at 3 1/2 months and are learning new things everyday. Very first time ever using any childcare facility at first it was scary leaving them for 8 hours but I love receiving updates throughout the day.

I currently have a son who is about to age out of KinderCare, and a daughter who is just beginning to attend.
I am forever grateful that my son’s first experience in a school like setting was in Ms. Karissa’s classroom. I would get pictures and videos everyday, and you could just see how happy he was to be there everyday. He is now in Mr. Toni’s classroom preparing to graduate and go to kindergarten, and we will be very sad to move on. Mr. Toni has ensured he has the skills necessary to thrive in kindergarten, and has kept us informed every step of the way. He has worked with us to create an individualized approach to my son’s specific needs and personality.
My daughter has been in the program for a few months now and is always happy to see her teachers at drop off. Ms. Lucia is always warm and welcoming, and keeps us well informed of her progress. She comes home working on new skills every day, and looks like she is having an amazing time in her photos. I cannot say enough good things about the facility and staff. We are lucky to have found them.

Our son went here for the first year of his life and loved it. They are very clean and, sometimes overly so, diligent about infection control. My only complaint is my son was sent home several times for illness when he wasn't actually sick which made it hard to work. They are strict about their staffing ratios and do not ever leave kids unattended. They genuinely care about the families and my son was legitimately excited to see the staff in the infant room. I highly recommend KinderCare for their infant room.

Un hygienic, rude, and have no concept of accountability. They keep the school incredibly dirty and they are spreading multiple preventable illnesses through lack of proper Sanatization. Hfmd is rampant here and this is spread from not cleaning fecal matter from common surfaces. When we pointed this out they became incredibly combative and told us our daughter was no longer welcome. AVOID THESE PETRI DISHES

Since the minute we walked in we were greeted with so much love!! Our daughter went for a bit before starting school and missed it when she started. Our boys started here and loved it so much! From the director to the teachers all with so much love and care, it was like they were family! We will miss them and our boys will miss them so much too!!

Both our boys went here up until Kindergarten, starting at ages 2 and 4, and I was never concerned for their safety, or the type of care they were receiving! I was very well informed of how their days went, and the types of activities they did during their day/week. My youngest became very attached to his teacher - so much so that when he was supposed to be in the next class up, they would allow him to be in his old class for a day, if other kids were absent. I say that to show just how much they care about the kids and just how much our boys loved being there. Everyone on staff is always genuinely nice and everything about the facility is well ran and taken care of! I wouldn't have chosen any other place to take my boys before Kindergarten!! Thank you to everyone who cared for our boys while they were there!
