I've used Mail-N-More for package mailing for many years. I've never had a problem with my packages getting to where they need to go. For prepaid postage packages they have a bin to drop them in so no waiting. Actually, I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for service.

Charged 20.48 and 18.98 for smallest Flat rate envelopes USPS charges 7.75 and 8.40. The young man should of informed my husband of the difference. They charged 23.31 for the service charge. I feel robbed

Amazing customer service and they do care about the work they do and it's quality. The store carries many local flare items which we also appreciate.

Convenient location for dropping off parcels but it's hit and miss wether someone will be there to open the store on time. This is the second day in a row that I've arrived about 15 minutes after their scheduled opening to find no one there.

Growing up, I remember having to go to the post office and wait in line for what seemed like days to drop off a package and mail a letter. It's nice we have different options today! Mail and more has become that option for us. Located in a small strip mall just off Summit view and 56th, across from ShopKo,This is a super easy place to get in and out of, and they definitely go out of their way to make things convenient. With the advent of free return shipping by Amazon and every other online retailer, it's been interesting to watch how the business model here has changed. It's got a lot of tragedy stuff for sale including cards, some novelty sides and even decorative office stuff. More recently, I started adding a surcharge of a dollar on every time that a debit or credit card is used. At first it seemed lame, however when I think of the other options, which generally includes going to the aforementioned post office and waiting in a gigantic line to mail something, it's worth the dollar. The folks here are always friendly and make sure things are explained well and the many options for postage presented. Easy in and easy out with the chance to purchase a novelty sign for you Kitchen...sounds like a good spot to drop off the returns!

I took a package to them on a thursday. Payed for priority mail and tracking. The next tuesday I checked to see if My package had been delivered online. not only had it NOT been delivered yet. BUT it in fact had only been taken to the yakima post office on MONDAY. so they basically held my mail for four days before delivering it to the post office. I sent them an email asking for a partial refund, or anything really. and i Received NO response at all. I should have read the reviews first. DO NOT trust this place with shipping anything important, or anything at all in my opinion. you have been warned.

Mail-N-More is a nice little place. It's located in a strip mall just to the west of Safeway. We recently moved and needed a place to set up a mailbox. Mail-N-More was convenient, so we went for it. It's great to have a place to send packages without having to worry about them getting stolen. They also have mailing services (Fed Ex, UPS) which can save you some time without having to brave a UPS store. When you walk in to Mail-N-More, you'll notice that it's a really small place. In addition to mailing supplies, they sell festive and seasonal decor, but it borders on feeling crammed. They offer some free coffee/k-cup type drinks when you walk in, which is a nice gesture. Thus far, service has been great. Most of the staff gets to know you if you are a regular and will usually get packages as they see you. There's some funny things about this place. They charge you $0.50 to use a credit card, regardless of the amount. It's a small business, so I get it - but usually there's some threshold. Second, there is no discount for paying in advance on your mailbox. A mailbox is $20/month, so one would think that paying for 6 months in advance might yield a small discount....nope, it's $120. A year - it's $240. Short of getting charged the extra $0.50 to use your credit card, there's no advantage of paying in advance. Also, they don't do refunds on prepaid amounts - so I'd personally recommend paying monthly. It totals to an extra $6/year, which is worth the flexibility, in my opinion. It's a worthwhile place to do your mailing and to have a stationary mailbox. Service is solid and the staff is friendly. Just be careful not to pay too far in advance unless you know that you will be using their mailboxes for a while!

Amazing customer service ... They see me pull up in my car to get my mail and often they bring it out to me curbside! No that's service! Always friendly staff. Cheers

Look somewhere else if you want service and to be treated like a cared for customer! We prepaid in advance for our mailbox for six months ahead of schedule as we were still current with a month remaining. Within a week we decided we no longer needed the mailbox after being a customer for seven years as we had moved to a permanent location and requested closing our mailbox and asking for a refund. We have been told we will not receive a refund for our mailbox prepayment per our contract. THEY REQUIRE PREPAYMENTS, BUT DO NOT MAKE REFUNDS FOR CANELLATIONS. Over the years we have worked with many employees here and like any business some are great and friendly while most others are downright rude and seem putout to help when we call for mail forwarding even to the point of making us call them back because they are too busy to deal with us. We have requested to speak with the owner multiple times over the years with no resolve.
