Yakima Valley Visitor Information Center offers friendly staff and very knowledgeable volunteers who answer almost every question about local places. The center is staffed with thoughtful people and provides brochures and flyers neatly laid out. Visitors can listen to what they are interested in, receive appropriate brochures, and chat with a volunteer to hear good stories. The person in charge is kind and helpful, making it a useful location for gathering valuable information for visits to the area. The little shop offers great tourist information, event schedules, and local souvenirs for friends and family.

Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. My one note is if you are an introvert it’s a hard place to go, not sure how to fix that though 🤷♀️
