Crazy rude, unprofessional, vulgar employees. Numerous complaints in here about the foul language in this store. If you have any personal or community standards, stay away from this place. I used to say that O'Reilly has a better customer service group, but not anymore. Their workers have gotten just as bad. Now, I recommend buying online to avoid these unprofessional and disgruntled employees.

They keep the shelves stocked, and if they don’t have the part, they’ll help you order it fast. Prices are reasonable, and the rewards program is worth signing up for if you wrench on your own stuff.
It’s not flashy, but it doesn’t need to be. It’s a solid, reliable place to get what you need and get back on the road.
Oil is usually cheaper at Walmart but AutoZone usually has better deals when you buy a filter and oil together.
Staff is always helpful and nice.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. When training if an error is made they go above and beyond to make it right. Thank you autozone!

At the Yelm autozone had a great experience working with Jack. He helped us figure out the correct oil filter after another associate gave us the wrong one. He was thorough and was able to figure out what the problem was. Thank you Jack for helping me figure out the issues, I appreciate you.

Trevor P. (I think his name was) did a great job. Replaced my new battery while I waited. Which was not particularly easy due to its location. He seemed knowledgeable and had a good attitude!

If I can give 10 stars I would for your staff Vince R. He has gone way above what I was expecting as far as customer service. He is very knowledgeable and patience for someone like me that has no idea what to do with my car battery. If you are a manager and you are reading this, Vince is an asset to your store! With his knowledge, values and great customer service. He should be leading that place. Thank you Vince R! I will be referring people to your store!

If I could give a zero for the commercial department I would. Attitude issue rude and disrespectful sniped at me as hanging up worst Autozone out of all the ones I have ever dealt with. I have never been this rudely treated by a commercial department started from the beginning of the call did not even say hello just attitude from the start. wow dude worst commercial service ever!!
