It was a late last minute request from another store and the way it all was coordinated and played out couldn’t have been a smoother transaction. Emily took the call from the Elma store and had the alternator waiting when I got there. She was extremely welcoming, patient and understanding of the urgency of my situation. I needed a battery also and not just any battery since it’s a custom application, Chris took the time to make sure I got the battery that I needed and would work the best for my application. He lent me a tape measure and was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful! Especially late night on Memorial Day weekend. Great team work altogether this past Saturday night! Thanks again.
