I've had my storage unit here for a couple of months now, and have had no issue what so ever. Tenant rules and expectations are clearly posted and defined. I needed a place to store extra inventory and supplies for my business and Central Yelm Storage did not let me down. From one small business owner to another, I thank you. - Lindsay

Love the owner of this place, she's friendly and understanding. Great safe location and their storage units are clean. Make sure you call ahead to find out which units will be available in the future!

Move in if you dare but be ready to pay your way out of the lease.Would be 5 star BUT it's ending the lease that destroyed this place for me. Three massive issues that will lead me to recommend other facilities.#1 Had an entire month paid in advance, fully out of unit on the 7th day of the month and nooooo pro rated amount, first place I've EVER heard of that pulls this stunt. Based on the lady's attitude I'd say she picks and chooses who's entitled to pro-rates, or she sexiest...maybe both. I smell a small claims opportunity.#2 Had a lockout lock on my unit with in days of giving my 20 day notice of vacating the unit. Lady says "follow the instructions on the magnet on the door" ah ok I think, except I'm paid up a full month in advance. You want more money from me?.... strange not to mention slightly illegal. After expressing my frustration with the choice to lock me out, I was told to leave the property? No, sorry lady I'm moving out, not playing your game. In short I take this tactic as needing to buy your way out of the unit. Truly shameful especially during these trying times.#3 The lady will stock you from her car as your moving out, creeper and psycho status. Get some help! Literally sat and watched me load my trailer. Deal with it lady your attempt at free money didn't work, frankly I'm surprised she just didn't ask for all the money I had in my wallet.As far as I'm concerned the unit is still mine until the end of the month if we're gonna play this game.

Love what they are doing with this place. Very professional and courteous management, with easy rental and payment on my unit. The new owners and management have made some great improvements and continue to make the facility better all the time. The building has become a great thing for the area instead of what it was before! I plan to keep my things in my unit here for a long time!

Excited to see the positive changes coming, and very happy with the responsiveness of the new owners. I appreciate the ease of using a website, especially to automate payments. One less thing to write in my calendar! I'm looking forward to seeing the security upgrades and other improvements! Highly recommend this place!!

The new owners are making lots of great changes to the place. They are putting in the amenities that I would expect to have in a larger city. Nice people and I trust my stuff will be safe. I'm excited to see all the renovations! I would definitely recommend people store here!
