This is by far one of the better Dollar stores I've been to and I will go out of my way just to go to this store. Not only is it a big store and well stocked, it's also cleanly. The staff are fairly pleasant as well.

One lady was blowing up balloons for no one while another lady chatted her up. They left some kid in charge of the check out that was super overwhelmed but did an excellent job.
The fact of the matter is that if you can't do your job and have to talk to your buddies while a line forms maybe get a new job. Unlikely you'll see anymore business from this location. Try again.

The manager at this location is extremely rude and this place treats people badly. It’s worth it to pay more for good service.

The dark brown haired heavy set woman in this place rammed me with a cart and was pushing in front of me where I was looking on a ail without saying excuse me or acknowledging that I was even there . SHE WAS SO RUDE IT LEFT ME SPEACHLESS!!
I wouldn't recommend spending your money in there .

We love the Yelm $1 Tree. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I love how neat and tidy the site is. We always stop in when we are in town.

Horrible!! Absolutely horrendous management. Always a huge line! Manager literally sits in her office and does nothing. Employees constantly on break.

This is the nicest Dollar Tree I've been to in the Olympia area. It's always nice and clean without all the cluttered isles you find in other stores. They also carry a larger variety of items that are usually in stock. (The store in Lacey is messy and have a lot of empty spaces.)Because I try to shop early in the morning I really don't know how long the lines get during peak hours. But they usually have two lines open when I'm there. The employees are very helpful and cheerful.This store is a bit out of my way but I like that there's a Goodwill, Harbor Freight and Grocery Outlet in the same strip mall. Also Walmart is right down the road so I can get the majority of my shopping done in a couple of hours.
