Friendly staff, family vibes are evident and incredibly welcoming. Large selection of fabric from novelty to batik to wide backs. Always find a treasure or two or three in the clearance section I can’t live without. Not local for me, but I make it a point to visit wherever I’m in the area. My last visit happened to be four consecutive days while at a retreat. The last day, I had a flat tire, and stopped in while hoping the tire place nearby could help my car. I was feeling blue after a series of less than pleasant events on my route, and Liz’s familiar face and whit at the cut counter was the therapy that I hope I impart at my own hometown LQS position. Sometimes the person behind the cut counter means more than the fabric you’re acquiring.
Support your local quilt shops wherever you may be m. Stop buying things online that you can buy from someone’s neighbor, someone’s mom, sister, brother.

There is a lot packed into this little place. There is a bit of everything. I have been able to find what I need every time. Staff is nice and quite helpful. My only criticism would be that I wish the store was twice as large with twice the inventory.
